It is very ambitious and says that:

”Sweden shall be best in the world in using the possibilities of digitalisation.”

But….It says very little about how this should be achieved in schools and education.

My comments on ICT in Swedish

schools the opportunities given by

information technology should be used much more efficiently

it is important to identify how subject teaching can benefit from ICT

teachers need much more in-service training

schools need more and better digital learning resources
