The Exhibitor Program will take place on Friday, March 29, 2019. All commercial and educational exhibits will be located at

the Gateway Center, 1 Gateway Drive, Collinsville, IL 62234. The Gateway Center is surrounded by popular historic sites and attractions, and just minutes from St. Louis, MO, and offers all the culture and excitement of a metropolitan city with a sense of Midwestern hospitality. ATTENDING SESSIONSAny exhibitor representatives wishing to receive CPE credits or participate in social functions must register as a participant of the meeting. Visit www.ichpnet.org/events/spring_meeting/ for attendee registration information available January 2019.

ASS IGNMENT OF SPACEExhibit space assignments will be finalized by March 18, 2019. Space assignments will be based on first-come, first-serve basis according to the level of meeting support. In the event of a tie, the registration with the earliest payment will have priority.

EXHIB IT HALLATTENDANCEWe know that not everyone is an ICHP or MSHP member or can take time off to attend the Spring Meeting. To give your other potential pharmacy and healthcare clients a chance to visit you at your exhibit booth, we are offering free Exhibit Hall passes for your guests.Please contact Jan Mark at 815-227-9292 or JanM@ichpnet.org prior to the meeting so that we may reserve your guest passes. Upon arrival, your guests can check in at the Registration Desk to receive their passes. Passes are for the Exhibit Hall ONLY.

OFF IC IAL DRAYAGECONTRACTORGateway Center is serving as the Official ICHP/MSHP 2019 Spring Meeting Decorator and Drayage Contractor. To ensure timely reservations of your exhibitor service needs from Gateway Center, your booth registration must be received by the ICHP office by February 27, 2019.

SHIPMENTSAll freight will ONLY be accepted on March 28, or one day prior to the designated move-in day. The Center will not accept any C.O.D. deliveries. All materials must be removed during designated move-out hours. Under no circumstance will materials be permitted to be left in the building until a later date. All freight should be clearly marked and delivered to Dock D. A storage fee will be charged for shipments accepted prior to move-in day, subject to availability. Exhibitors are responsible for making outbound shipping arrangements and should do so in advance of the event. HOTEL ACCOMMODATIONSAll exhibitor representatives are responsible for making their own hotel reservations. Special convention room rates (Single/Double $115 for Thu/Fri) are available to exhibitors at the Doubletree by Hilton Hotel in Collinsville/St. Louis (1000 Eastport Plaza Drive, Collinsville, IL 62234). These rates are available by calling the Doubletree Hotel (618-345-2800) no later than February 28, 2019 and mentioning that you are attending the ICHP/MSHP Spring Meeting!

REVERSE EXHIB IT FRIDAY, MARCH 29 - 8:00AM - 10:00AMThe Reverse Exhibit is exactly what the name suggests: a reversal of the traditional tradeshow format. Health-system pharmacy decision makers (pharmacy directors, clinical managers, drug information specialists, and buyers) will each host a table while vendors walk the floor. Any Exhibitor can add the Reverse Exhibit to their Exhibit Space or Sponsorship. The cost for exhibitors to attend is $495 per representative. ACCEPTANCE OF CONTRACTThe ICHP/MSHP 2019 Spring Meeting Exhibitor Registration must be completed in its entirety and payment made by check, money order or credit card payable to: ICHP. Your exhibit fees are refundable at 50% if a written cancellation request is received prior to January 31, 2019. No cancellations will be accepted after that time. Space assignments are made according to the “Assignment of Space” criteria listed in the general information section of the Exhibitor Guide. Your designated contact person will be notified of your space assignment. Space assignments will be finalized by March 18.
