I. Procedure for putting email signature on Microsoft Outlook 2003 and 2007:
1. Open MS Outlook 2003 or 2007.
2. Select Tools | Options... from the menu in Outlook.
3. Go to the Mail Format tab.

4. Click Signatures... under Signatures.
5. Go to the E-mail Signature tab. Click New.
6. Copy and Paste the below standard E-Signature in the Edit Signature window. Make sure to copy the disclaimer with the signature.

2. Select File | Double click on Options... from the menu in Outlook.
3. Go through the Outlook Options.

III. Procedure for putting email signature on the RGTS Webmail Site (http://mail.rgtsgroup.com ):
1. Open RGTS Webmail URL Site. Logon using your RGTS Email Account.
2. Select Settings from the menu in Webmail.

3. Select Signatures under the Settings Options…Click Signatures beside Mappings tab.

4. On the Signatures tab… click New. Type the Signature name.
5. Copy and Paste the below standard E-Signature in the Edit Signature window. Make sure to copy
