Stand and Fight! There is not any memory with less satisfaction than the memory of some temptation we resisted. We gain the strength of the temptation we resist.

If the same action is repeated enough times the expected outcome will occur. We usually know what we can do, but temptation show us who we are.

The force of the blow depnds on the resitance. It is sometimes better not to struggle against temptation. Either fly or yield at once. There are several good protections against temptation, but the surest is cowardice.

What makes resisting temptation difficult for many people is they don’t want to discourage it completely.

No temptation can gravitate a man unless there is that in his heart which is capable of responding to it. Temptation is the devil looking through the key hole. Yielding is opening the door and inviting him in.

We should every night call ourselves to an account : what infirmity have I mastered today? What passions opposed? What temptation resisted? What virtue acquired? Our vices will abate of themselves if they be brought every day to the shrift.

It may almost be a question whether such wisdom as many of us have in our mature years has not come from dying out of power of temptation, rather than as the results of thought and resolution. Lead me not into temptation I can find that way myself.

Temptation is like a knife, that may either cut the meat or the throat of a man; it may be his poison , his exercise or his destruction.

What are we is the result of what he have thought. Play the picture in your mind-focus on the end result. Rehearse your future. Visualize! See it, feel it! This is where action begins! What This Power Is, I Cannot Say, All That I Know Is That It Exists.

You can begin feeling whatever you want (even if it’s not there)…the universe will correspond to the mature of your song. What you think and what you feel and what actually manifests is Always a match-no exception.

Thought Reaction. If these thoughts are attached to powerful emotions ( good or bad) that speeds the creation. Thoughts that bring about good feelings mean you are on the right track. Thoughts that bring about bad feelings means you are not on the right path.

If your words speak for itself, don’t interrupt. Are your thoughts worthy of you? If not-Now is the time to change them. You can be right where you are right now. Nothing matters but this moment and what you are focusing your attention on.

When you get into a tight place and everything goes against you, till it seems as though you could not hold on a minute longer, never give up then, for that is just the place and time that the tide will turn.

Set a goal so big that if you achieve it, it would blow your mind. Close your eyes and visualize having what you already want- and the feeling of having it already.
