2. 2. PROFESSIONL GOAL MY SHORT TERM GOAL IS TO GRADUATE FROM ASHFORD WITH A MASTERS DEGREE IN INSTRUCTIONAL TECHNOLOGY AND OBTAIN A SECOND CARRER IN ONLINE TEACHING. MY LONG TERM GOAL IS TO OBTAIN MY P.H.D. IN RELIGIOUS STUDIES.
3. 3. INFLUENTIAL DESIGN MY INFLUENTIAL DESIGN ACTIVITIY FROM THE COURSE INSTRUCTIONAL DESIGN DELIVERY WAS THE INFLUENCE THAT HELP ME TO UNDERSTAND WHAT ONLINE TEACHING WAS ALL ABOUT. I CREATED LESSONS USING WIKIS INSTRUCTIONS WITH TECHNOLOGY SUPPORT. IT WAS A CHALLENGE AT FIRST BECAUSE OF MY FEAR OF TECHNOLOGY. I LEARN THROUGH TRIAL AND ERROR HOW TO USE SOFTWARE TO ENHANCE MY INSTRUCTIONS FOR EFECTIVE TEACHING PRACTICES.

EXPERIENCES I experience in the course work the importance of technology to education and how it is used in instructions to engage students with games and simulations, with meaningful learning experiences rooted with lessons that provide critical thinking, problem solving and decision making skills so that the knowledge is transferred to workplace.
