    Maternity, baby clothing & diapers (donated items) for women in need of assistance.Provides: pregnancy test kits & supplies, diapers, formula (to help until a new motherbegins receiving assistance from the WIC program)

    Cribs, crib mattresses & sheets, and car seats.Will provide a dozen diapers a month per child.Monday - Friday, 9:30am - 11:30am; Thursday, 2pm 4pm

    The Salvation Army of Butler CountyFood pantry: 207 W. First, El Dorado

    316-321-4070 (press #1)For residents of Butler County. Assistance is provided as funds are available.Programs include: Clothing vouchers, personal hygiene products, emergency foodpantry, baby diapers and formula, etc.

    Bring: photo ID. Social Security card; proof of address and income, if any.Hours: weekdays 10am noon & 1pm 3:30pm (walk ins welcomed)

    Persons in need can obtain free food up to 6 times a year (with 30 days between visits).

    Head-to-Toe Hygiene PantryDistribution site: 1611 N. Mosley, Wichita (co-located with the Open Door Food Bank)Sponsors: University Congregation Church in collaboration with other assistance groups.Contact: [email protected]

    Distributes free personal hygiene products to persons and families with very low incomes.Items include: baby diapers & wipes, tampons, toothpaste & brushes, toilet paper,laundry detergent, deodorant, shampoo, shaving cream & razors; etc.

    Each household can request up to 6 items from a list of available items.

    Hours: Monday - Friday, 9 am - 11:45 am & 1 pm - 3:45 pmEmergency food assistance for persons and families in need who live in Sedgwick andneighboring counties (including Butler County).

    Assistance is provided only one time per month (but at any time during the month).Families qualify at 130% of Federal poverty level ($2422/month gross income for family of 4)[see chart on its website]. Special circumstances can be considered.Process:Apply in person. Bring your drivers license or photo ID, proof of address (a recent

    utility bill with your name and address on it), and proof of income. If eligible, you will be givena food box at that time. Diapers and baby formula also are available.
