Dear Madeline,

Development Application for Expansion to Existing Poultry Farm (6 Additional Sheds) and Environmentally Relevant Activity 4 – Poultry Farming – 390 West Road, Coominya and described as Lot 12 on SP167573 – Council Application Reference: DA14350.

Flinders Hyder, on behalf of Springbank Investments Pty Ltd, have undertaken and completed the public

notification with respect to the above development application in accordance with the requirements of the

Sustainable Planning Act 2009, Chapter 6, Part 4, Division 2.

The public notification included:

Published a notice in the Gatton Star on the 13th May 2015. A copy of the newspaper

advertisement is attached to this notice.

AND

Placed three (3) notices on the land in the way prescribed under a regulation on the 13th May 2015.

Photos of the sign as erected on the land are attached to this notice.

AND

Notified the owners of all land adjoining the site on the 13th May 2015. For completeness, nine (9)

additional landowners have been notified where their property is situated in close proximity to the

subject site.

Copies of the letters sent to adjoining land owners (including registered mail receipt and delivery

confirmation) are attached to this notice.

The last day all actions were carried out was the 13th May 2015. The comment period for the public

notification ran from 14th May 2015 to 4

th June 2015.

We formally request that Council advise of the number of properly made submissions (including those in

support) that have been lodged in regard to the application, and that Council now proceeds to the

Decision Stage of the application under IDAS.
