Facilitated by a District Team on May 4, 2009 10 + member participated Each was asked to prepare an application for a prestigious

award from RI in the year 2014 based on the exceptional accomplishments of the Hutchinson Rotary Club

The participants then organized and ranked the accomplishments based on our desire to see them fulfilled

The Visioning Oversight Committee then began work on a Visioning Plan for the club

19 club members responded to survey VOC moves forward with timelines and action plans

Members include Dean Winter, Steve Gasser, Carla Reinowski, Rick Heidick and Diana Anderson

Drafted an Overall Vision/Mission for the club and goal statements for each of the Four Avenues of Service as well as Leadership Priorities based on the outcome of the Visioning Session

Completed two work sessions and surveyed club members for feedback to help prioritize action plans
