Scope of Supply : Manufacture, test and supply of Microturbine Generator Housing
ITEM QTY DESCRIPTION
1.0 Housing for HST Microturbine Generator
1.01Mechanical and structural design of the housing, including all attached components (doors, louvers, etc.)
1.02 Heat insulation for all roof and walls panel
1.03
Calculation and sizing for all louvers to ensure proper operation of Microturbine with requirements of airflow, water ingress protection, temperature and pressure drop to be strictly met.
1.04
Development of shop drawings for fabrication and erection, including interfacing with PURCHASER’s design staff (on various aspects of Mechanical, Structural) and interpretation on developing shop fabrication drawings and documents.
1.05
Procurement of all the housing components including doors, louvers, etc., per approved design/drawings. This procurement by VENDOR shall include all the required welding consumables and related items like jigs/fixtures etc., to assemble all the loose supplies.
1.06Shop fabrication, assembly, heat-treatment (where required), testing and certifications of all other shop fabricated components.
1.07 Progress reporting on all procurement, fabrication and erection activities.
1.08 Guarantee and warranty complete for the package and supplied items
1.09 Lifting lugs for housing

The HST Microturbine Generator Housing shall be provided in accordance with the Purchaser's
documents as listed on Technical Data.
The VENDOR shall be responsible to submit, together with the Tender, a list of deviations or
exceptions to this Specification, referenced Project Datasheets and Drawings. In the absence of any
exceptions, it will be construed that the VENDOR fully complies with this Specification.
The scope of supply for the Housing is further detailed in the Project Specification and Drawings.
The PURCHASER shall indicate the package envelope and interface points in the bid documents, and
no changes shall be made unless by mutual agreement.
The equipment shall be delivered in the minimum practical number of assemblies and to suit
transportation and receipt at site
The Vendor must provide all information requested, including a list of any exceptions and non-conformities to the specifications listed herein.
