The Williams collective of brewers originates from a Glasgow homebrew shop. Successive expansions see them now brewing in Alloa, the traditional heartland of Scottish brewing, and regarded as one of Scotland's most eclectic and adventurous Craft Brewers. Brewed for the summer evenings when we down tools for the day and relax for refreshment, this bright, golden beer is a blend of pale malt, cascade and bobek hops with a late infusion of lemon zest. A 'gathering' of the finest ingredients from around the world: Hops from the Czech Republic and America, Belgian pilsner malt, German yeast, and Scottish water are matured for 90 days to produce a delicious, crisp, citrusy lager. £4.95 GOOD TIMES. 5% abv. If you could order them at the bar, why would you order anything else? This pours golden yellow with a refreshing botanical aroma. Cascade hops and lemon zest invigorate and revitalize the pallet. £4.95 Innis and Gunn’s ‘oaky’ beers were created by mistake after brewing their beer in oak casks. TOASTED OAK IPA. 4.1% abv.
