The Second Human Resources Development Expo 2012 is a significant event for the Sultanate of Oman. After the successful inaugural event in 2011, the Ministry of Civil Services in collaboration with the other Governmental units, local and international training institutes is keen in organizing this event again to enhance and promote communication and cooperation among all units of the State and Private Sector Establishments to keep pace with the global development in this field. The expo focuses on the knowledge and development of Human Resources by upgrading the skills of the work force in the public and private sector.
