Go to App Store
Search for HPE Visual Remote Guidance
Follow the prompts to Get, Install, and Open VRG Android:
Navigate to www.myroom.hpe.com/VRG on the device
Click VRG Android for wearables to download the package
When download is complete, tap it to install
Click Open button Give the 6-character registration key to your organization administrator

Log into MyRoom tray
Click ? at lower right corner
Select HPE MyRoom Portal from menu
Click your organization’s name
Click Manage Devices in the VRG Devices box
Click Add Device
Enter remote user’s 6-character registration key
Click the Continue button
Edit Display Name so remote user can be identified in room’s People panel
Check room(s) that VRG device will be allowed to join o Optional:
Add key(s) for additional rooms
Choose automatic preferences for the device
Click the Continue button

To open a room after device is registered, tap
VRG icon on device’s home page
If access to only 1 room was granted, the designated room will open on the device
If access to multiple rooms was granted, the list of available rooms will open on the device

Zoom o Zoom in and out by whole number factors o Enabled if device’s back camera supports it o Disabled for front cameras even if device supports it
Video toolbar is available when webcam is on
Switch Camera o If device has both front and back camera
Light o If device has a flashlight
Snap o Uploads snapshot from webcam to room’s content panel o Subject matter expert can display and annotate snaps in
center viewing area o Use them to help direct the remote user or as training material
for learners
