Permissions

The below officers have access to upload documents to the Orange Upon A Time Website and send welcome messages: Club President VP Public Relations Club Secretary

Go to http://ouat.toastmastersclubs.org/

Click on Member Login

Enter your E-mail or Name, select your name, and then enter your password.

Your first time?

If this is your first time logging in to our website, or if you forgot your password, just select your name and click "Authenticate / Login" without entering in a password. An authentication link will be e-mailed to you. You will then be prompted to reset your password.

Review the “Members Only” Section

The “Members Only” section gives access to the parts of the site that you as a member and officer can review.

Select, “File Manager.”

You will then be navigated to the File Manager page.

From here, you can download, upload, and delete files from the “Member Download” section of our website.

Using this file manager, you can upload files for both public download as well as members only download. There is a 5 meg file size limit per file. Please do not upload video files here--use YouTube for those. You can drag and drop files in this window to upload them in most browsers. You can download files from here by clicking the icons at the left.

Download Documents

Part of the Secretary’s job is to update the member names on the meeting agenda templates when members join or leave the club.

Download the meeting agenda by double clicking on the icon next to the agenda name.

A file download box will appear. Click the “Download” button to save the file on your computer.

Your computer browser will open for you to select a place to save the file.

Once you have downloaded the file, you can now open it on your computer to make necessary changes.

Once changes are complete, you are ready to upload the file.

Click the “Select Files To Upload” button to upload documents to the website.

This will open a browser window for your computer.

Select the file you want to upload and press “Open.”

Once uploaded, you can type a new description for the file.

You can change the access of the file from private to public by clicking on the lock box icon.

Click, “Save,” once you are finished making changes.

Delete Documents

To delete documents, click the trash can icon next to the document.

Click , “Save,” to capture all changes.
