How to talk to people on FacebookAnd get them on your list. A practical script guide .

There are several ways to connect with people on Facebook.

▪ People in your Niche Market

▪ People who are in Marketing Groups

▪ People who are looking for an opportunity.

The first step is to reach out and connect with these people.I personally have found a lot of great result marketing to people in Network Marketing, Affiliate Marketing and make money from home groups. You could reach out to these people and introduce yourself.

I will show you how I approach people in groups. *Note to use this technique you need to have already joined the group.

How to connect with people in Marketing Groups.To connect with the most active people in Marketing Groups first navigate to the group.

Click on the members button.

Click on the Members by Join Date.

Connecting with the newest added Members.

▪ These Members you know are a active as they have just joined

▪ You know they are actively trying to build online.

▪ They would be great people to connect with and Market to.

Now choose the newest members and reach out to them. I start out by chatting something like this.

Hi I saw you on the facebook marketing group XYZ. I've been asking people what's been working best for them?

Then wait for a response. It may take a while as they may not be online. That’s ok, wait for it.

The ResponseMost people will automatically reply with the business they are in.

You can try something like this.

Thanks for the reply. I was curious what system was working best for you? Pinterest, Instagram, Youtube, Paid Ads?

Wait for the response This is where if they say they use a certain platform you can ask to

exchange likes.Say if they use Instagram- You can ask to exchange follows.

If they use Youtube- You can ask to exchange subscribes.If they use Facebook- You can ask to exchange Fanpage likes.

If they don’t have any of those platforms, you can offer help to set those up.

This is where you can ask for their email to get on your email list. Just go ahead and ask for it.

“I wanted to let you know that I do a marketing newsletter where I share tips and ideas on how to generate income online from home.

I will add you to it if that's ok”?

Simple right!

Some people might decline the offer to get on your newsletter. That is OK. There are millions of people that you can market to so if they don’t want to be on your list, then don’t try and convince them they should be.

Just continue sharing value and helping them in any way you can.

Now you have the ability to share value and upcoming trainings and events. Make sure to provide value in the things that you post and not just pitch your opportunity all the time.

I also use this technique when people friend me. I accept their friend request and then ask.

“Thanks for the add! How did you find me? Was it my Fanpage?”

Some will say yes and some will say no. It’s a great introduction to ask if you can exchange likes for your fanpage.

Then I go into the same steps listed above to get them on my email newsletter list.
