NEW RFID TAGGED ITEMS VS.OLD BARCODED ITEMS
• Newly retagged items will be automatically detected at the self-checkout stations.
• Some items, however, have not yet been retagged– For these, you will need to scan the OLD
BARCODES
SCANNING DVD BARCODES
• Step 1: Use the Magnetic Slider Tray to UNLOCK the DVD case
RED TAB = CASE IS LOCKED
SLIDE CASE THROUGH MAGNETIC SLIDER TRAY TO UNLOCK
GREY TAB = CASE is UNLOCKED
STEP 2: OPEN DVD CASE;LOCATE OLD BARCODE
STEP #3: Scanning Barcodes• FIRST, scan your
Evergreen Indiana library card BARCODE
• SECOND, scan the DVD BARCODE
• Follow prompts on the screen to finish checkout
STEP 1: FIND THE LIBRARY BARCODE
STEP 2: SCANNING BARCODES
• FIRST, scan your Evergreen Indiana library card BARCODE
• SECOND, scan the item’s BARCODE
• Follow prompts on the screen to finish checkout
