▪ Log into your Eshopbox using your Eshopbox ID/Email address and

password

▪ Now you are on the My account page

▪ You can now view the getting started page

▪ On this page, click on the ‘Provide your customer support information’

link. You will now be directed to the Store settings page

▪ On the store settings page, you can add your customer support number

by clicking on the ‘Add your support number link

▪ You will now be directed to the ‘Edit contact number’ page

▪ On the ‘Edit contact number 'page, you can enter the contact number in

the blank field provided

Step 6:

▪ On the ‘Edit contact number’ page, you have to mention the number of

days when your customers can get in touch with you

▪ This can be done by selecting any one among the 3 available options. i.e.

either ‘All days’ or ‘Week days’ or ‘one or more days in a week’

▪ On the ‘Edit contact number’ page, you also have to mention the time for

which you will be available to your customers. It can either be selected as

‘24 hours’ or ‘Business Hours’

▪ Click on the ‘Save changes’ button after entering the information

▪ You will now be redirected to the ‘Store settings’ page. On this page, you

can add your support email information

▪ This can be done by clicking on ‘Add your support email’ link

▪ You will now see the list of verified email addresses added by you

▪ To select the displayed address as your default email address, select the

checkbox provided. After doing this click on the ‘Save changes’ button

▪ You will now be redirected to the ‘Store settings’ page

▪ On this page, you can add your store’s contact address by clicking on

‘Store location’ link

▪ You will now be directed to the ‘Store location’ page

▪ On this page, you can add your store’s contact address by clicking on ‘Add

your location’ link

▪ Enter your site location address and Pincode in the blank field provided

▪ Also, select your ‘State’ and ‘City’ from the drop down menu. To select

the displayed address as your default email address, select the checkbox

provided

▪ Click on the save changes button to save the entered info
