How to Order Business Cards Online through Print Services
Go to the Print Services Web Page and select the Online Store link.
Enter your Username and Password on the Print Services Online Ordering home page
and select the Login Icon. Also, turn off Pop‐Up Blockers so you can view your card in a
large PDF format.
The next screen shows the items that you can order online through Print Services. Select
the link for Business Cards.
The next screen shows the different type of Business Cards that are available. In this
example I selected the Business Card – UMass “A”. I selected the link for this card.
The first screen in this process requires you to give your job a name. In addition, you
must select the quantity that you want to order.
Select the pull down list in the Quick Find section and select the UMass Building
Select your building location from the Auto Fill Preset pull down listing and then select
the Fill Form Icon.
The address information for your building is automatically filled in.
Enter the rest of your information into the section.
When you have completed entering this information, you can select the Update Preview Icon at
the bottom of this section.
The image of your card now appears on screen. Select the Open PDF Proof Icon to view a large
PDF version of your card for final review and proof reading purposes.
Please carefully review the layout and spelling. Print Services will be unable to make any
changes once the job is submitted.
On the bottom section of this screen, you are given the ability to attach a file with your
submission. You may wish to use this option to add comments regarding the job. Should you
find an error, close the PDF image and make your corrections. If you are happy with the image
of your card, you can select the Next Icon.
On the next screen you will enter who the job was submitted by, the name of your department,
the Speed Type for this job and select the type of paper for your cards. After you complete this
information select the Next Icon.
At the bottom of the next screen, you should place a checkmark in the “I’ve Reviewed and
Approved this Job “section, if you are happy with your card and select the Add to Cart Icon
Select the Cart tab on the top of the next screen.
Enter a name for the order and select the Checkout Icon at the bottom of the page.
Select the pull down option under Shipping Method and select the method that you want to
use for this job.
Also, enter any special shipping instructions that you have for your job. Select the Next icon.
Select the pull down for the Payment Method and select the Purchase Order option.
Please insert your Speed Type Number in the Purchase Order field and select the Submit icon.
The next screen is your order confirmation page. You should print this page.
You will also receive an email confirmation of your order.
In addition, you will receive an email Order Acceptance.
