Step 1:▪ Log in to your site admin panel with your log in id and password▪ Under the ‘Manage’ tab select ‘Notifications’

Step 2:▪ Once you have selected ‘notifications’ you will be directed to the trigger

listing page

▪ Select the ‘notification settings’ button on the top right of the page

Step 3:

▪ You are now directed to the notifications settings page

▪ Set your notification preference to ‘Email addresses’ by clicking on it

▪ Click on ‘Send mail from another account’ button to begin configuring your

new email address

Step 4:

▪ Enter your name and the email address that you want to add in the

respective fields as shown below

▪ After entering your details and confirming the same Click on ‘Next step’ to

proceed

Note: You can add only 1 email id at a time

Step 5:

▪ After you have added your details you need to perform the verification

▪ Click ‘Send Verification‘, Eshopbox will then send the verification via email

Step 6:

▪ You will now see your listed email on the notifications setting page

▪ In case you do not see your email id here, then wait for 2 minutes and

refresh the page (press F5)

▪ Check your inbox, ([email protected]) copy (Ctrl + C ) the code and

click ‘Verify’ button along your email id

Step 7:

▪ Paste the code (Ctrl + V) and enter that code in verification code box

▪ Click ‘Verify’ so that Eshopbox can verify your email address and update

it

▪ Once your account has been verified successfully the status of the Id will

change to ‘Verified’

▪ Once this is done you can now start using your new listed email id
