AIRCRAFT COMPLIANCE:

• Ascertain that the aircraft will meet all performance and equipment requirements described in the regulations – Parts 91 and – 135, and in – The Operations Specifications related to the

proposed aircraft operations.


APPLICATION CONTENTS: In a letter to the CHDO

SCHEDULE OF EVENTS

• A schedule of events should lists all events that relate to adding the aircraft to your 135 operations

• If you provide a schedule of events we will be able to determine our ability to meet your expectations and schedule our resources.

• We will contact you if there are scheduling difficulties.


DOCUMENT ACCEPTANCE, AND APPROVAL

• CHDO review process for each type of document presented

• Air Carrier responds as needed

• CHDO approves or accepts revised operations, training, and maintenance programs and procedures


VALIDATION Plan for validation of

• Aircraft compliance

• Training programs

• Maintenance programs

• Operations procedures

• Personnel proficiency


ECONOMIC REGISTRATION

Send OST Forms 4507 and 6410 to:

• FAA Headquarters Air Transportation Division, AFS-260, 800 Independence Avenue SW, Washington, DC 20591.

ENVIRONMENTAL COMPLIANCE

• Send the CHDO a completed National Environmental Policy Act (NEPA) form

• We forward this for Regional Approval so do not delay.


RECEIVE OPERATIONS SPECIFICATIONS

We will approve Ops Specs Paragraph D085, and any other required Paragraphs once all the requirements are met.


UPDATE the AIRCRAFT LISTING

Finally, comply with §135.63(a)(3) by adding the aircraft, including the kinds of operations authorized for the aircraft, to your official control-listing of aircraft used or available for use in air carrier operations.
