This is what the Lord says….

He who appoints the sun to shine by day, who decrees the moon and stars to shine by night, who stirs up the sea so that it’s waves roar – the Lord Almighty is his name – Jeremiah 31:35

Consider the ravens: They do not sow or reap, they have no storeroom or barn; yet God feeds them. And how much more valuable you are than birds!

Consider how the

wild flowers

grow…….

Yet he has not left himself without testimony: He has

shown kindness by giving you rain from heaven and

crops in their seasons; he provides you with plenty of

food and fills your hearts with joy.

He changes times and seasons; he deposes kings and raises up others. He gives wisdom to the wise and knowledge to the discerning.

You answer us with awesome and righteous deeds,

God our Savior,

the hope of all the ends of the earth

and of the farthest seas

Let heaven and

earth praise him,

the seas and all

that move in them

Give thanks to the God of

gods.

His love endures forever.

I have loved you with

an everlasting love;

I have drawn you

with unfailing kindness.

For God so loved the world that he

gave his one and only Son, that

whoever believes in him shall not

perish but have eternal life.

Greater love has no one than this: to lay down one’s life for one’s friends.
