By copying an image, I could then paste it onto a word document to edit. By double-clicking the image, I am directed to the ‘format’ section, where I can edit my image.
Here I can make corrections to the brightness and the contrast, which will allow me to create a more conventional image.
To create an generic image, I decide to +20% the brightness and the contrast, so that it appears more bold, different and aggressive on the audience’s eye.
By selecting ‘colour’, I can then choose what colour alterations I wish to make. To be conventional, I decide to lower the saturation to 0%.
I then right-clicked the image, selected ‘copy’, opened up a ‘Paint’ document and selected ‘paste’ (or ctrl + v) and the image appeared on the document. To rid of the white on the right, I select the crop tool.
I then save the image for later use as the image dominating my front cover.
