    Facilitated-Housing Development

Creating Shared Value strategy is the principle of Facilitated Housing: Our renters are the price-setters

and price-takers. All that means is no divergent life prospects and higher Housing-Costs will beeliminated indefinitely. This is progressive (Value Proposition) and hard for others to imitate

    (Competitiveness).

It means participants CO-OPERATE to sustain the WEALTH creation that competition enables is a form of

shared value creation. It also means by holding values in COMMON in order to create value that can be

SHARED. At the heart of this is a sense of WERE ALL IN IT TOGETHER. The WEALTH is widely shared

among renters. We must seize this moment, creativity and innovation are emerging as disciplines

because we have no other choice.Everyone is hungering for new leadership to emerge. Everyone

hungers for someone strong, honest and capableas big as our mayhem economic moment. FREE

enterprise and the freedom of the American population can best be guaranteed by effectivegovernment support, but not as a last resort. Yet the government is corrupt and incompetent, but we

need more, not less, of it. Virtually all political parties agree that Big Government cant deliver, and

that new solutions must be found to the challenges what society faces both now and the future. Todays

economy is not merely about making more money or enriching oneself. It must serve the higher cause

of human well-being and moral development. Understand that if the government is prudent with their

choice of policies, we can make do with a little less take-home pay with creating a shared value from

Facilitated Housing development. Free enterprise and the pursuit of happiness have long been

recognized in America as a natural right to be secured by good governing. Governments role should be

in building a more virtuous society. Government policies should be pursuing to promote fulfilling lives

for its citizens. So far, the specific measures are hazy and aim at the wrong targets. However, the stepsprovided by the Facilitated Housing proposal are clear: For people to be happy, their government must

increasingly shield them from the challenges of life. The good life is thus defined as one of ever-more

pleasure at the expense of work that comes with a security of late life at retirement.Through clearer

thinking we can reshape our principles and reordering of the American economy. In doing so, we can

become a mindful society by abandoning a culture that is defined by hard work and the striving for

upward mobility and an economy that has unleashed unparalleled prosperity. Hard work impedes

leisure. Ambition is a vice. Economic growth by consuming more hurts the planet. Business leaders and

Investors saw big hits like Apple, Facebook, Google, and Twitter created by engineers and wanted more

just like them. Engineers are GREAT at scratching their own itches and building what they think is cool.

But if youre trying to create a breakthrough, you need a broader vision. The long-run Organic Growthrequires the important of having the right structure in-place within the cities or communities, the

benefits from commerce, the effective housing strategy to support growth, the needs to encourage

private capital formation while undertaking necessary public investments, and the importance of

government roles that promotes entrepreneurship and innovation while maintaining financial stability.

This is an area government might need to help start industries that were big enough to reap profits in

current economy. Macroeconomic stability, increased reliance on market forces, and strong political and

economic institutions are important for creating JOBS and sustainable JOBS growth. Facilitated Housing

development drives industrialization and urbanization into a perfect marriage and capable of delivering

a sustaining and yet steady fast economic growth in the Unknown or Uncertain economies. The

Facilitated Housing approach requires responsible action on a one-time rather than an ongoing home

ownership stimulus illusion and delaying economic crisis. Perhaps, we only need to do it once. America

could get it right this time by accident. Our critics will say; Facilitated Housing simply doesnt create jobs,

but it is designed to build a support system for our new job trends that can only pay lower in wages.

Furthermore, Facilitated Housing concentrates around the central core connected by public

transportations and vibrant commercials that provides jobs. You may see the flaw in the logic of our

program, of course. The scheme may seem as too socialist and too complicated. Its a fair question. But

why cant a renter get an apartment at a reasonable rental rate without an operatic ideological battle

and be capable of changes for such a program like Facilitated Housing to provide the lowest rental

rates? In 2009, Facilitated Housing promoted one of the most ambitious housing innovation efforts to

provide a social safety-net and improve conditions in mega-urban neighborhoods of any city around the

country. The Facilitated Housing (FH) tries to engage community-based groups in surrounding

neighborhoods to attack multiple problems simultaneously. FH is based on the premise that each

community can organize neighborhood stakeholders to create quality-of-a-human-life plans, and

leverage public and private investments in the efforts to revitalize the urban community. While

developing the ideas and model for Facilitated Housing; we have witnessed the way our country and the

economy deals with the present UNKNOWN while exploring the options to handle UNCERTAINTY in the

    future.

Curiosity goes hand in hand with creativity. It prompted us to examine the past rental housing idea that

exists and see if we can make it better for all renters. We notice that our current housing program is less

COMPETITIVE; we can do better and easily expand the benefits to the vast majority of renters. We are

ready for the fast forward housing development and implementing the aggressive low rental rates

benefit for all-income renters. Our low pricing rental rates is within a controllable targeted range and

our rental prices can still drop more in the coming future to promote balanced growth and strengthen

the real economy. Our low-cost rental housing frees up the needed money for rentersthe extra

money in people pockets and eventually chase after goods and services equals more jobs, equals a

higher standard of living for everyone. The early years of Facilitated Housing took place during a period

of considerable economic growth, coupled with promises to move the obsessions of home ownership as

a result of financial market of 2008. Concerns about excessive growth and gentrification dominated

many neighborhoods initial plans and projects, but, at the time of this writing, many current lead

agencies and their partners are being challenged to think about strategies to help families and

communities deal with the effects of the current economic crisis. With the state of the national financial

markets and the broader economic downturn, unemployment is rising, foreclosures are growing,

and increasingly difficult economic circumstances are being forecast for the next several years.

Facilitated Housing plans to reinforce the real economy:

Beside low rental rates, Facilitated Housing is to pursue an ecological building structure: for saving

energy and resources (less building materials), promotes green living, environmental conservation, and

narrows space waste at two levels regional and urban sprawl gaps.

You can measure the health of a megacities whether it livable or lovable by the vitality of its street and

available public spaces. Facilitated Housing will help you to see that. Facilitated Housing is right out fromthe old playbook that clearly has more if not all substantive ideas. That is not to say there wont be

errors. There will always be errors. To be sure of fewer errors with the blend of Facilitated Housing

revolution ideas will make our existing megacities behavior and attracting renter in ways this is the first

they ever seen For renters, they need to be inviting and see the well used of what we have to offer.

This is what a lean housing revolution going to look like. Facilitated Housing signals a new chapter and

changing attitude in rental housing with an Unsubsidized Housing model. Rental housing business in the

21st century is a no-excuses environment, especially with the recession which means there's no room

for people who aren't good at rental housing sector to exit the market.

Facilitated Housing tries to fit all horizontal urban and suburban (abandoned and or surplus real estate

properties) pegs into a vertical megacities hole to serve the people better. If you are living next to

people in small spaces, you need to know that everyone can be trusted to maintain common spaces and

uphold property values. Group TRUST is the key.

Facilitated Housing could represent a pivotal moment in architecture, in energy, academia and urbanism

of the 21st century. Facilitated Housing will be an extraordinary beginning. Facilitated Housing comes

with endless (unexpected) variety: intricate walls, an unwelcome intrusion of iconism that has been

avoided, and solar panels at our community. Facilitated Housing is a place to live and learn for all ages.

We will start with one community at the time.

    Facilitated Housing Model

As a result the production of these unsubsidized units of housing that are affordable to families of all-

income renters with NO exclusions and restrictions. Such a program strategy, we believe, will gain

greater insight to fight poverty (social safety-net) and improve the outcomes in affordable housing at all

    level better than before.

Facilitated Housing Program emerged both to respond to urban challenges and to mount an effort toimprove on the place-based interventions that many studies have been addressing them both now and

in the past. And begin to rethink the goals and methods of new Facilitated Housing community

developments with unsubsidized and mixed-income housing as a better way to go forward. For the time

being, there is a sense that neighborhoods needed more of subsidized housing to reconnect them to the

mainstream and that community organizations needed to be more than landlords and developers.

The Facilitated Housing communities program takes a comprehensive approach to challenges that

sprawl urban communities. Rather than focusing on a single aspect of neighborhood challenges such

as high crime rates, limited affordability and quality housing opportunities, or joblessness Facilitated

Housing designers saw the greatest likelihood for success being achieved through simultaneous

strategies addressing the social, economic, and physical conditions of a neighborhood.

In so doing, it demonstrates a unique feature of Facilitated Housing among other of the same housing

development programs: Whereas competing programs have typically been located in poor, urban

communities where physical and economic declines exist amid social isolation and limited political

influence, Facilitated Housing includes a broader range of neighborhoods, focuses on distressed

neighborhoods as well as neighborhoods where quality-of-life improvements themselves may be

threatening lower- and moderate-income households with displacement and, thus, limiting their access

to the very benefits of revitalization. As a whole, Facilitated Housing neighborhoods were facing many

challenges related to community safety, housing market activity, and commercial vitalities as the

initiative was getting under way. However, conditions ranged dramatically within Facilitated Housing.

Some patterns were troubling, and others suggested stability and relative prosperity.

Facilitated Housing is going to become a major breakthrough that will add up to a gradual revolution

and provide a fair share of Creating Shared Value for all renters.
