It was determined that Duquesne has its own campus identity and should not be altered with in the community continuity project.
Freeway excluded from consideration
Approx. 250 existing lampposts spaced within a range of 50-150 apart.There are currently not enought lamp posts in Uptown to accomodate for safe night time circulation throughout the community.

25 total bus stops; 4 shelters, 21 signs.The existing bus stop plan throughout Uptown lacks shelters, which provide protection against the elements as well as bus schedules.

First chisel out the mortar using a hammer and a chisel. Pull out any loose bricks as necessary.
Place fresh mortar between bricks using a trowel and/or a hawk tool. Place new bricks to replace removed ones.
Use a brick jointer to smooth the mortar down between the bricks, making sure there are no gaps or cracks.
