P.S.: O course, protecting the environment is also a big thing at Schwaigerho, many natural materials rom the region were used,

such as the Schladminger loden cloth, wooden foors, LED lighting. In addition, everything is heated using our wood chip system.

TraineesSarah Reinbacher (kitchen and restaurant management)and Florian Gaisbauer (cooking trainee) completed theirapprenticeship in summer 2011. We thank them romthe bottom o our hearts or their excellent contributionand great job. Both are now gaining experience at otherestablishments. We wish them all the best and will behappy to have them once again at our establishment.
