After KWMC has rcvd the total desired applications (get it in early) They will contact students to schedule an interview.

Once accepted, TB skin test is required and provided for free by the hospital

If you signed up to go to Area Competition, the bill has already been established and is locked in.Can’t back out and expect to not pay, sorry.

If you are part of a large group, however, some events allow for substitutions of existing hosa members. May be possible to split cost with your replacement, but you are still responsible if not.

Any substitutions must be discussed with Ms. Clark

She has given us more than enough time to pay in installments.

After next Monday, dues will be turned in to principals.

Competition 2013.14Feb 14 and 15Must go on day of event. All but two are on Friday.A few may go Saturday to attend awards ceremony if desired. Must reserve a spot with Ms. Clark

All competitors must have dues paid as well as all required documents. They are in a pdf on Ms. Clark’s website. Print only the fillable forms and have your parents sign. ***Every blank must be filled in****

Must have a print out of your “Event Guideline” for each member of the team on the day of.

Some events have a unique outfit, but all students are required to wear black pants and a white shirt with close toed shoes to the opening ceremony Friday.

This is an exciting time for us to have a day off of school, in addition to winning some of our events!But, you have to have all requirements before going to competition!

We will leave PHS Friday around 8 am, check in, eat lunch and compete. The bus will return to PHS around 11pm-midnight. Lunch on your own $Dinner paid by HOSAFree T-shirt
