Scene starts on the first day of school, where SEAN, DAVE, AND ANDREW are sitting around, watching everybody.

Andrew:God, look at all of these new kids

Dave:Yea, more kids every year, you'd think the school being so overcrowded, they’d stop

letting people in.Sean:

Yea, at least kids from out of the district, it seems as if they'll let anyone into school.Dave:

Hey! You hear about what happened last night?Andrew: (bored) No Dave, what?

Dave:Because of something those mutant freaks did, the X-something, they are calling of the

Sentinel initiative.Sean:

(Exasperated)You know, the Sentinels, those big android things that kill muties?Andrew:

Oh yeah, I thought I heard about that somewhere, I think there was an attack about a month ago about 50 miles from here, some mutant was lighting up the whole place.

Suddenly behind them walk a group of kids, all in hoodies; they are SPARKY, JOHN, KYLE, ACE and ALEXIS.

Alexis:Looks like they'll let anyone into school these days’ boys...

Andrew, Dave, and Sean all jump up and turn around to face them.Sean:

Man, what’s up with you all, ya gotta sneak up on us like that?Alexis:

Andrew and Dave back away in shock, and than, Andrew is thrown into the lockers.Spinning around, Dave suddenly hears a voice in his ear...

He feels a pat on his back, and then he falls down, backward. The camera then shows an empty stairway, where Kyle slowly turns visible as he walks up. He meets up with John,

Alexis and Sparky.Kyle:

You guys, I got them damn norms good.Alexis:

Suddenly, from around the corner comes a shadowy figure, you can not see his face. This is Cypher.

Sparky:What you lookin at jerk.

Cypher:My name is Cypher, "Sparky", and I have an offer you gentlemen may like to hear.

[Int] School Lunchroom

MICHEAL, KENT, BEN, PAUL and ATLANTA are all sitting at a table in the lunchroom.

Alexis:Man, school sucks, summer was so much better.

Kent:It really sucks because it starts on a Friday; you'd think they'd give us until Monday, but

noooo.Paul:

Yeah, man, and the damn norms don't help.Atlanta:

What do you mean, of course they don't help, they hate our kind.Paul:

Well, I thought that mutant support was up, and that was why they stopped the Sentinel initiative.Michael:

That means that the people down in Washington think we're safer than they originally thought.

Ben:I heard that a group known as the X-Men saved the Prez's daughter.

Paul:And they still think we mean them har...

A guy in a tank top, extremely cut (or small if you want an ironic image), comes up to the table. This is EZEKIAL.

Ezekiel:I've been hearing rumors around the school that you kids are mutants.

All of the kids stare at him.

Atlanta:Where did you hear that? Some punks tell you that?

Alexis:Why would you care if we were, are you like some anti-mutant Nazi?

Ezekiel:No, no you got that wrong, it’s just that (whispers) I'm one of you.

Kent:That’s Bullshit, if you were, you wouldn't be telling us, for all you know we hate

mutants.Ezekiel:

Well, I asked about 5 kids, who are in your (points to Ben) math class. What was that about helping the teacher move the projector, without using your hands?

As they shake, you hear some popping noises and Ben's face contorts in pain. As they let go.

Ben:Ow ow ow ow ow ow ow (holding his hand)

Ezekiel:You ok man?

Ben:I'm fine ow ow just probably ow dislocated a finger ow (relocates his a finger with a pop)

Atlanta:

(Smirks) nice to meet you Ezekiel, names Kent, you met Ben, this is Paul, Atlanta, and Kent.

Ezekiel:Nice to meet you. Of course, Just showing off my powers, I'm a bit worried that all of

you might be lying to me.Paul:

We wouldn't do that, hey tell ya what, we'll show you after school.Atlanta:

[Int] Sean's house

Sean, Andrew, and Dave are all at Sean's house, playing video games.

Sean:Man! I forgot how much I hated school.

Dave:It's not that bad, I got to see Celeste for the first time since last school year.

Andrew:Oh yeah, your girlfriend? How is she?

Dave:She's well, missed me over the summer, of course, and oh yeah, she and a friend are

coming over after school.Sean:

Her friend hot?Dave:

I dunno she's in her AP Physics class; I'm not with her in that. I think she said her name was... Almiria I think. She's new to the school.

Doorbell RingsDave:

And that’s probably them.

Dave answers the door standing at it are to girls, CELESTE and ALMIRIA.Dave hugs Celeste and gives her a quick peck and greets the girls in.

Dave:Guys, this, you know, is Celeste, and this is her friend, Almiria right? Almiria, I'm Dave,

those are Sean and Andrew.

Almiria looks at Sean, blushes, and nods. As Sean (oblivious) and Andrew start playing video games again, Almiria joins in, sitting next to Sean, and Dave and Celeste sit next to

each other on the couch.

Celeste:I heard you guys got jumped by some mutants today?

Andrew:We didn't get jumped, we got... ummm...

Sean:We got surprised attacked by them. One of them has like invisibility powers or somethin.

Celeste:Rigghht.

Sean:No seriously, it happened.

Almiria:I saw some kids at a lunch table, they were with that kid who did that telekinesis thing in

math today, think they were mutants? Some of them were kinda cute.Dave:

Oh yeah I heard about that, didn't like the teacher fail him for that day, even though he was trying to help?Andrew: (mumbles)

He deserved it, damn freak.Dave:

Well whatever, as long as they don't bother us again, I'll be fine.

[Ext] Atlanta's Backyard

Ezekiel, Atlanta, Kent, and Ben are standing outside.

Ezekiel:Well, you guys promised me some powers.

Atlanta:Yeah yeah, we'll get to that, just let Paul and Michael get here.

Ezekiel:Well, can't you at least show me someone’s power for the time being?

Suddenly, the gate opens and in walk Michael and Paul.

Michael:Well well, the gangs all here. Who wants to impress Ezek, mind if I call you that?, first?

He walks up to a shed or a play set in the backyard, and suddenly, he jumps on top of it. He turns around and puts out his arms in victory, and jumps back down.

Ezekiel:

Well, you already heard about mine, but I guess I could give you a first hand experience, see that ball there? (Points to a basketball)

Ezekiel:Yeah...Ben:

Suddenly, the ball starts rolling toward Ben and it goes into the air and comes toward Ben, he catches the ball, shoots it, and makes the shot.

Ezekiel:You know, the basketball team could use someone like you, I mean, every shot going in

and stuff.Ben:

Well, I'm not a "basketball" person, but that is what happens when I do go to a game.Ezekiel:

What about you... Kent, right? What you got to show me.Kent:

Well, ok. You've got (sarcastically) super-strength or something right?Ezekiel:Yeah...Kent:

Ezekiel:Your funeral (walks up to Kent, pulls back, and punches him, hard. He pulls away his

hand quickly and starts shaking it)Ezekiel:

Paul breaks out in laughter.

Ezekiel:(Still shaking his hand) What about you funny boy? What you got?

Paul:It's kinda hard to explain, and I can't really show it.

Paul:

I give people diseases on contact, I can't touch anyone, or else they will either die or go into a hospital for months.

Ezekiel:What type of diseases? Herpes? Gonorrhea?

Everyone chuckles at the jokeEzekiel:

Kent looks at his watch, and switches it to timer.

Ezekiel:But isn't the closet food store 4 miles aw...

Kent presses a button on his watch, and Atlanta disappears, a small wind blowing.

Ezekiel:Damn. She's fast, she do that often?

Kent:Only when she wants to impress someone, usually she jogs to get somewhere.

Suddenly Atlanta appears next to him and Kent pushes the button on the watch. Ezekiel’s in shock.

Kent:20 seconds, new record

Atlanta:YES! and the ice cream didn't melt! Come on guys, I rented Pirates of the Caribbean for

tonight.

They all walk inside, talking.

[Int] School Hallway

At lunch, Ezekiel, Atlanta, Kent, Paul, Michael, and Ben are sitting at a table, talking.

Paul:I'm tellin you man, we aren't the only mutants in the school.

Michael:

Well, if we aren't than who else? I mean, you'd think they'd come looking for more of us. I mean, you did, right Ezekiel?

Kent:That's only because he found out about Ben here.

Atlanta:Well, that was big news, so I wouldn't be surprised if they started looking around anytime

soon.

Sparky, John, Ace and Alexis all walk up and stand behind Kent.

Ace:Well, well, well if it isn't a little group of freaks. You guys do know he's a mutant right?

(Looks at Ben)Kent:

Shut up jackass, why ya gotta come over here?Alexis:

No... You get me wrong, that’s my typical greeting, I actually want to talk to all of you.Michael:

you can get revenge on humans.Alexis:

(Standing completely still, matching Kent's glare) you will regret you said that.Suddenly there is a thud, and a few more, Kent looks around and suddenly, he jerks his

arm backwards, as if elbowing someone, you than hear:Kyle:

OW! Bitch (slowly appears, holding a bloody nose.)Alexis:

(Still staring directly in Kent's eyes) Get us out of here John.As Kent pulls back his arm to punch Alexis, he disappears and Kent shows some

surprise.Kent:Jerks

Everyone:Yeah Kent, you showed them, damn idiots

Atlanta:You know those guys will come back.

[Int] Basement/Warehouse type place

Sparky, John, Ace, Alexis, and Kyle are all sitting down in a semi-circle. Kyle is holding a bloody nose.

Ace:What the fuck went wrong there?

John:I dunno man, must have been something Alexis said.

Alexis:Shut up man, it all went perfectly until that jerk, what’s his name, Kent, got in the way. It

all got screwed up during the back up plan. (Glares at Kyle).Kyle:

Yo man, throw me a freakin bone. I hit him like 5 times, AS HARD AS I COULD, It’s just that...

Cypher walks up behind him

Cypher:Like what?

Kyle:Holy Sh... Ya gotta stop sneakin up on us like that man, scare the daylights out of me.

Cypher:Like what?

Kyle:Like his skin was stone...

Cypher:Gentlemen, we have our newest recruit.

Sparky:Huh? But he hates us?

Cypher:Listen up boys, something I learned while talking with those type of mutants, they're all

soft on the inside...

[Ext] Street

Almiria and Celeste are walking home together, talking.

Almiria:Guess what! I asked Sean out today!

Celeste:Really?Almiria:

Yea! And guess what; tonight we're going to the movies!Celeste:

Really! Wow, and I always thought that he was oblivious to that type of stuff.Almiria:

Yea, well, you know how boys are, but see ya tomorrow, my house is this way.Celeste:Ok bye.

As Almiria walks away, Celeste continues walking down the street. As she passes an ally, a hand grabs her, covering her mouth and pulls her into the alleyway. You see a guy in a

Ski mask holding a knife to her throat.

Mugger:Get over there bitch, and shut up, you scream you die. (He takes out a bandanna and

makes it into a gag.

Celeste makes muffled sounds...

Mugger:Take off your shirt slut, do it now (pointing knife at her)

As Celeste reaches to pull up her shirt, the Mugger is punched over to the side. You see Kent with some blood on his fist.

The mugger gets up and wipes blood from his mouth and charges at Kent and swipes his knife across Kent's chest. He then backs away fear.

The mugger drops his knife in disbelief and roundhouse punches Kent in the face. As Kent's face turn, he slowly turns it back to face the mugger, who then punches him in the

stomach. It doesn't faze Kent at all.

Kent than takes the muggers head in his hands and slams them against his knee. The mugger falls unconscious. Taking the knife, he walks over to Celeste and unties her gag.

Celeste:(Falling into Kent's arms, gasping) oh my god, oh my god.

Kent:God, that must have been scary, you ok, you need to go to the hospital or something?Suddenly Celeste looks at his chest and then backpedals away from him... you see that

although there is a cut in his shirt, there is no blood, or even a sign of a wound.Celeste:

But... but, he slashed you right... you're a mutant.Kent:

(Sighs) yea, I am a mutant, go ahead throw stones at me or whatever... (Gets up to walk away.)

Celeste:No, it’s just that... I thought all mutants were bad, and you just saved my life...

Kent:(Smiles) yea, well, at least I got one persons view to change about that.

Celeste:(Gets up and walks to Kent) well... um thank you... umm, I was wondering; wanna go see a movie or something tomorrow night? I mean (blushes) if you don't have anything better

to do?Kent:

(Smile gets bigger) sure, I’d love to.Celeste:

(Hugs him) well... bye!

Celeste runs off, and Kent starts walking off the other way, humming "Do-Wah-Diddy-Diddy."

In the ally way, the mugger becomes coherent; an up to him walks John.

John:(Helping him out) man Alexis, he messed you up good.

As the mugger stands, he turns into Alexis.

Alexis:Shut up, and get me back to the base.

[Int] Weight Room

Sean and Andrew are lifting weights, while Dave is furiously punching a punching bag.

Dave:Fuck him (punch) fuck him (punch) etc...

Andrew:

What’s Dave so upset about?Sean:Huh?

Andrew:What’s Dave so upset about?

Sean:Oh you mean that? (Looks over at Dave)

Sean:Celeste dumped him for this other kid

Dave:What!! Celeste dumped him!!

Sean:You haven't heard yet?

Andrew:No, what happened between them?

Sean:From what I've heard, almost nothing. They were having a few arguments about summer

boyfriends and girl friends..Andrew:

and... that hasn't done anything in the past.Sean:

(starts whispering) From what I heard, Celeste was almost raped but then this guy saved her. And her and Dave had just had an argument, so I'm guessing while it was still fresh

in her memory, she asked this kid out.Andrew:

(Whispers) damn, really?Sean:

Those are only rumors, but I've also heard that, even though the date was somewhat in spite, that it went really well.

Andrew:So that’s why he's so pissed.

Sean:I heard him yelling at Celeste this morning, big argument, and than that kid came by, and in the heat of the argument, she just kissed him right there on the lips and everything, in

front of him. Made Dave really pissed off, almost knocked the kids lights out.Andrew:

Shit. I'd feel sorry for the kid. (Looks over at Dave with the punching bag)Sean:

(Brings his voice down even lower whisper) and that’s not all, rumors are going on that this kid, is a...

Andrew:(Loudly) A muta...

Dave:(Walking over to Sean and Andrew) about what?

Dave:(Grabs Sean by his shirt) (Growls) About what?

Andrew: he was just asked to play test this new game that came out, it was the Halo game coming out next year right?

Dave:Righhhht...

Sean:Yeah! He’s right it’s just that you were in a bad mood, so we didn't want to bother you.

Dave:Forget it man, lets get out of here, I need to do my homework.

The next few scenes are clips of various activities, including Kent going out with Celeste, Dave punching a punching bag, good mutants (without Kent) playing games and sports

and Cypher and the bad mutants planning for their next plan.

[Int] Basement/Warehouse type place

Cypher:My brothers, it is time for the next step in our plan to get our newest recruit.

John:You mean Kent? I thought we gave up on him a while ago?

Alexis:God damn bastard gave me a concussion, of course we won't forget about him.

Ace:Ok than, what the hell are we going to do, he hates us, we hate him. It will be a miracle if

we can even get him to see our point of view.Sparky:

Yo man, shh, the big man here says he has a plan, so listen up.Cypher:

Thank you Sparky, this is possibly the biggest step in increasing the number and power in our organization.

Kyle:And what is this great plan of yours? Everything else you have led us through has failed

miserably.Cypher:

Not failed Kyle, they were merely the first steps in greater plans.Kyle:

Cypher:As you were supposed to, take Alexis when he met Kent, in that alleyway.

Cypher:Now, here is the plan. Alexis, your morphing abilities will be key in this...

Celeste and Kent are talking, it's during lunch

Kent:So what are you doing Saturday night?

Celeste:Whatever you wanna do.

Kent:How about dinner, movie, whatever you want?

Celeste:Sounds good (kisses Kent) so what have you been up to lately?

Kent:Not much, I mean, not all mutants terrorize or save the world everyday, my friends were

thinking about going to a party, but I’ve got to much school work.Celeste:

That sucks. You haven't talked to them in a while.Kent: Yeah, I wonder what’s up with them... hope they haven't forgotten about me

(laughs)Celeste: (kisses Kent) so they are also mutants right?

Kent:Yeah, neat powers to, telekinesis, super speed, you know, that type of thing.

Celeste:(Looks at her watch) well I've got to go to class, I'll see you tomorrow night right?

Kent:Yeah sure, see ya.

Celeste kisses Kent one last time, and walks away. After a bit Kent walks away also. In the seat next to Kent, Kyle materializes. Smirking he walks away.

[Ext] Atlanta's house

All of the good mutants, except Kent, are sitting around, some playing videogames, some talking, Ben is playing around with his telekinesis. Suddenly the phone rings. Atlanta

picks it up.

Atlanta:

Hello?Kent:

Hey Atlanta how ya been?Atlanta:

I've been well (whispers to everyone else) It's Kent.Kent:

About that party on Friday, I won't be able to go.Atlanta:

What! Why not?Kent:

I've got a date...Atlanta:

You've always got a date... can you spend like, 1 hour away from her? For once?Kent:

(Laughs) yeah, right... but I just wanted to tell you I'm not going to be there.Atlanta:

Well, ok, but if you change your mind, come by.Kent:

Celeste and Kent are sitting down waiting for dinner, talking.

Kent:So, what happened between you and your last boyfriend, what’s his name? Dave?

Celeste:Well, he wanted to go home, if you catch my meaning, but I didn't want to. He tried

everything and it really pissed me off.Kent:Ah...

Celeste:

It was that day before we met... and I was still feeling spite towards him. I guess that was why I went out with you.

Kent:I see...

Celeste:Actually, to be honest, the only reason I started dating you was in spite of him.

Kent:(Pauses)Celeste:

It's been a fun time together, but, I really only used you to get back at him.Kent:What?

Celeste:I want to break up, I never really liked you, and it’s just that I wanted to show Dave how

much of a jerk he was.Kent:

(Angrily) So that’s what I've been, a tool to you?Celeste:

Well, to put it bluntly, yes.Kent:

So all that time we've spent together?Celeste:

(Looks at him sadly.)Kent:

As Kent storms away, Celeste puts her arms behind her head and smiles. She, suddenly changes into Alexis.

Alexis:(Whispers) Bye Bye sweetheart. (Loudly) CHECK PLEASE.

[Ext] Street (same as where Kent and Celeste met)

Kent is walking down the street, angry, and about to cry

Kent: (mumbling to himself) Stupid bitch, whore, slut... grumble... why me, why fing me...

After about 15 seconds, he gets to the ally where he saved Celeste. Out of it walksCypher, face hooded.

Cypher:You seem to be in a bad mood Kent.

Kent:Who the fuck are you! How do you know my name!

Cypher:My name is Cypher, Kent, and I have been watching you very closely. I am like you, a

mutant.Kent:

So what?Cypher:

I have come to offer you salvation Kent, a place where humans can not hurt you. A place where you can feel safe, a place of well-being. A place where you shall never be

discriminated against. A place where, love, the harshest of emotions, is true.Kent:

Yeah... right.Cypher:

Kent, trust me on this, I have felt your pain, I have felt your sorrow, I have felt your loss, do not think I can not relate. Trust me Kent; do not think that I have not gone through

what you are now going through.Kent:

Cypher puts his hand on Kent's shoulder, and they disappear.

[Int] School hallway

Celeste is walking down the hall. Suddenly Kent walks by and she goes up to him.

Celeste:What happened on Friday? I thought we had a date?

Kent:Oh yeah, I want to tell you... I want to break up.

Celeste:WHAT!

Kent:Yeah, after when you stood me up yesterday

Celeste:I stood you up!

Kent:Hey I went to your house and you weren't there, I waited for about an hour.

Celeste:(So flabbergasted she can't speak) wh...What!

Kent:Yea, you were probably hanging out with what’s his face Dave (spits) having a good

time?

Celeste:(In shock) how could you... how could you say such a thing!

Kent:(Getting angry) Yea right, as if I don't know what’s going on, all you are is a whore!

Celeste:(Starting to cry) you... you... (Slaps Kent) bastard... (Starts openly crying and runs away)

Kent, grinning, walking away, goes down a staircase, and turns into Alexis.

Alexis:Love is such sweet sorrow. (Starts chuckling)

[Ext] School Field

Sitting on the bleachers are Dave, Sean, Andrew, Almiria and Celeste. Dave in holding Celeste and Celeste is crying.

Paul, Ben, Michael, Atlanta and Ezekiel walk up behind them.

Michael:You'd what?

Dave:(Mumbles: fuck) you heard me punk, I'd whup your ass.

Michael:You wish.Ezekiel:

Yo, Michael, calm down.Andrew:

Shut the fuck up. You know you wanna fight freak, look what you punks did to my man's lady.

Andrew pulls back his arm and punches at Ezekiel. Ezekiel catches his fist and starts squeezing. Andrew gets down on his knees, screaming in pain. Ezekiel than kicks him

over to the side.

Sean:You freaks!

Sean punches at Ben, but his fist stops in mid-air, and he is a bit confused, and suddenly punches himself in the face, falling backwards.

Almiria:Sean! (Gets up, Atlanta suddenly appears in her face)

Atlanta:You wanna go girlfriend?

Celeste:(Getting up yells) STOP! I don't want there to be a fight... please. (Starts sobbing)

Paul:Why should you care? You screwed up Kent. We haven't seen him since the day after

your "date" he just told us goodbye.Celeste:

What do you mean I did?Michael:

Don't pretend you don't know hoe. You stood him up in the restaurant, said "I was only using you to get back at Dave."

Celeste:What are you talking about? He stood me up on that date; he confronted me half an hour

ago.Paul:

Wo... hold up... I'm getting mixed stories.Ezekiel:

You guys... remember that kid Alexis... did we ever find out what his power was.Sean:

(Getting up, a bit confused) What just happened?Dave:

I think we found out what happened between Kent and Celeste...Andrew:

(on the ground holding his hand) HELLO! GLAD WE FOUND OUT WHY THAT KENT KID SUCKS, BUT MY HANDS FREAKIN BROKEN OVER HERE!

Ezekiel:It's not broken; just all the fingers are dislocated, here. (Pops all the bones into place)

Atlanta:ewwww...

[Ext] School

Everyone is leaving school, and out of the door walk Ace, Sparky, John, Alexis and Kent. As they walk away from the school, the camera swivels to Atlanta, who watches them,

she is holding a walkie talkie.

Atlanta:They are leaving school now, heading south, I'm going to follow.

Ben (walkie talkie):Good, make sure you find out where they go.

Atlanta:Good over and out... (Puts away the walkie talkie) (Mumbles) God, this is so dorky,

following someone secretly, why the hell does Ben come up with these plans, reading too many spy novels.

Atlanta follows the group of boys, sometimes running ahead of them, behind them etc, for about 30 sec (screen time), Eventually they come to a forest, and she sees, sitting on a log is Cypher, face hooded... the boys walk up to him, Atlanta runs away, camera stays

on bad mutants.

Cypher:Did they follow?

Kent:Of course, they can't shadow for shit, so obvious.

Cypher:They will be here soon, prepare...

[Int] Atlanta's House

Sitting around the TV are all the good mutants (save Kent) and the norms. Atlanta bursts into the door

Atlanta:I found them

Ben:(Stands up) Very good... where are they.

Atlanta:In the forest, some guy was there, he seemed to be in charge...

Dave:Let’s fucking get there then, I need to pay them back...

Michael:Yeah, ummm, and what are you going to do to them? They have powers, you don't... stay

safe, stay here, we don't want any collateral damage.

Dave sits down and mumbles to himself angrily.

Ezekiel:

We need to strategize this guys... we can't just run in there and hope for the best. The element of surprise won't be enough. They already have one advantage over us, they

know our powers. We have any ideas what theirs are?Paul:

Well let’s see, we know Kent is invulnerable, we think Alexis is shape-shifting.Dave:

That kid Sparky has some electrical powers...Sean:

And then their's Kyle, he's invisible...Atlanta:

John can teleport, wait a sec... If he can teleport multiple people, than how come they didn't teleport from school?

Ezekiel:Unless they were...

Ben:Expecting us...

Ezekiel:Shit, their goes our element of surprise... but what about those other two guys, Ace or

whatever, and that guy you saw there?

Atlanta shrugs.

Ezekiel:Well, there is a lot to be said for hoping for the best...

[Ext] Forest

Ace, John, Kyle, Sparky and Kent are standing around a log, looking at Cypher.

Ace:(Has a bottle of beer in his hand) Yo boss, when those kids going to get here?

Cypher:Soon Ace, soon...

John:He does have a point... how do we know they are coming today, you act as if it’s a movie

or something... coming right after they find our "hideout"Cypher:

Stereotypes have to come from somewhere John... see for yourself.

Hiding behind some bushes, looking at the bad mutants, are all the good mutants...

Paul:(Whispering) you'd think if they were expecting us, they'd be more on the look out...

Ezekiel:Never take things at face value Paul... they were expecting us.

Paul:

How can you be so sur...Cypher:

(Yelling) You can come out now boys, we know you're there...Ezekiel:

You just know these things

All of the good mutants come out to face the other group.

Cypher:Welcome fellow mutants, my name is Cypher, we have invited you here today...

Ezekiel:(Whispers to Paul) see told ya, invited.

Cypher:To ask you to join us in our common cause.

Atlanta:And what cause is that? To kill normal people? We didn't come here for that, we just

want Kent.Cypher:

Fine, he can go to you... If he wants...Ezekiel:

Yo Kent, come on man, lets get out of here, this guy is creeping me out.Kent:

I'm sorry Ezekiel, These are my new friends, this... is my new family...Cypher:

See, but he will not leave willingly... but I just ask you to join us, be free of the prejudices that haunt you every day, be free of the people who hate your very existence, be free of

that life.Ezekiel:

We will never join your wannabe "Brotherhood" as a former friend of mine once said "We aren't going to sell our souls so you can get revenge on humans."

Cypher:(Shrugs) your choice fool, but be warned; now you will have to die...

Ben:It's you who should watch out, cause we are going to whup your ass.

Ace:Yea right, if you can catch us.

Ace pulls out a small piece of string and places it in the beer bottle, and he blows on it, it catches on fire. As he throws the bottle into the air, Atlanta charges toward the group, but

they all disappear. The bottle hits the ground, and explodes, Atlanta dives away, and a small fire is still on the ground.

Atlanta:Forgot about teleportation, damnit.

Getting up, she walks over to her friends.

Ezekiel:We should split up, they can be anywhere.

They split up and start walking in different directions

[Ext] Forest

You see Michael walking down into a small ravine... suddenly he stops and he sees Ace...

Ace:God you guys take a while to find someone!

Michael:You are going to hope I never did find you punk (and jumps right in front of Ace)

Ace:(Eyebrows up) Nice trick, now see mine

Ace takes out a lighter and flicks it on, big flame; he takes a breath and blows. A huge flame bursts out of it and Michael jumps back.

Michael:He, that won't help you that much.

Ace:I don't need the lighter.

Ace holds up his hand and a burst of flame goes straight at Michael, when the flame disappears, Michael is no where to be seen. Ace looks around, and then up, and sees

Michael jumping down on him.

Ace:(Stunned) oh... nice trick.

Michael lands on him, and punches him in the face, Ace is out...

Michael:Too easy... (And walks away)

Ace is starting to regain consciousness, and standing above him is Cypher.

Ace:Yo boss, he was...

Cypher:You failed.

Ace:Boss, no man, no he just...

Cypher:You failed. (He reaches out and grabs Ace; a scream goes out among the forest)

[Ext] Different part of a forest

You see Ezekiel walking around the forest (there is a river nearby), looking this way and that... you hear a branch snap, and he turns around, and sees... no one.

Ezekiel:Ok, I'm getting paranoid... wait a sec, that Kyle kid...

He suddenly gets the wind knocked out of him, as he kneels on the ground; he gets kicked in the face...Blood starts coming out of his mouth. Kyle suddenly materializes.

Kyle:I'll let you see this one, I'll give you enough respect to die seeing who killed you

Kyle grabs Ezekiel’s hair and is about to ram his head into a tree when, Ezekiel grabs one of his legs and he falls.

Kyle:Shit (tries to run but is caught by Ezekiel’s hand)

Ezekiel:Heh ain't getting away so easily...

Kyle on the ground kicks Ezekiel in the face, causing Ezekiel to let go off his leg, turns invisible and runs away... He splashes through the stream and goes behind a tree...

Kyle: (panting softly) that guy can take a hit almost as well as Kent, thank God he can't see me.

Behind the tree, you see Ezekiel walk around ad he looks at the ground. He takes off his shirt and wraps it around like a rope. You see Kyle get up and lean against the tree

holding his breath; suddenly Ezekiel’s shirt comes around Kyle, and starts choking him against the tree.

Kyle:(Barely able to breath) how the... (Passes out)

As Kyle falls to the ground, you see Ezekiel walk away, and you see wet footprints on the ground.

[Ext] Different part of a forest

Ben is walking around and he sees Kent.

Ben:Kent! Yo man, let’s get out of here!

Kent:

I'm sorry Ben, I can't, too many people hate us Ben, I can't go...Ben:

Na man, remember, Sentinels called off, and all, they like us man, come on.Kent:

No, I just... can't.Ben:

Kent, I know you're upset and everything, but can't we talk about it? We all have had those type of problems.

Kent:What type of problems?

Ben:You know girl problems...

Kent, angry punches a tree.

Kent:NO! YOU DON'T UNDERSTAND!

Ben:How 'bout if I told you a secret?

Kent:Shut the fuck up man, I don't give a fuck, don't make me hurt you man.

Ben:Kent, it’s about Alexis he can...

Suddenly, Ben falls down forward and standing behind him is Alexis...

Kent:Yo man, why'd you hurt him...? He didn't have it comin...

Alexis:You man come on, lets get out of here, don't worry I'll make sure he won't die. (Starts

dragging Ben away)

Kent, looking at Ben, he sees his eyes are almost open, and Ben gestures to the left, and he closes his eyes and his head goes limp. As Alexis drags him away, Kent looks over in

that direction, he sees some sticks shaping the word "Transform."

[Ext] Yet another part of the forest

Atlanta is running around and Sparky is trying to aim his hands at her.

Sparky:Damn bitch, can't aim any damn lighting, she’s to fast...

Atlanta keeps circling him and eventually comes in and punches Sparky.

Atlanta:

Can't keep this up forever man, you'll give sooner or later...Sparky:

Must get off at least one good shotAtlanta:

Even if you could, you can't aim, you'd miss completely.Sparky:

Stupid whore.

Suddenly There is a blast of white light and Atlanta is thrown against a tree, her shirt blackened, she slumps down/

Sparky:(Walking over to Atlanta) What was that about not being able to aim bitch? (Grabs her

face)Atlanta:

Shut the fuck up (spits in his face)Sparky:

Now this isn't going to hurt a bit... Aw what the hell am I saying it's going to hurt like a mother f... (Suddenly crouches to the ground in serious pain, holding his groin.

Atlanta:(Weakly) dumbass... (And then faints against the tree)

[Ext] Forest

Paul is walking around, and about 10 feet in front of him appears John.

John:Is it just me or do you people never give up. All of your friends are dead or unconscious...

Tell you what, I'll give you 10 seconds to run, and if you do, I won't follow.Paul:

Never you bastard.John:

Don't say I didn't make it easy on you.

Paul charges at him, but disappears. Paul looks around, helplessly, but aware. John appears behind him, he has a wire in his hands, and starts choking Paul like it's a Garrote.

John:I'll give you one more chance to give up...

Paul: (gurgles out) Never. (And rams his head backwards into John's, loosening the grip. He ducks under the wire and gets away from John.)

John:(Nursing a bloody nose and coughing a bit) Oh, you'll pay for that bitch. (Disappears)

John suddenly appears behind Paul, and elbows him in the back; Paul falls forward, and turns to face John.

John:(Picking up Paul's shirt with one hand) You Ok man? (Punches Paul in the face).

As he is about to punch Paul one more time, he brings up his hand to cough, but gets hit over the head by a big stick. Standing over John is Dave.

Dave:Man, I knew you bums would need my help; never tell me to stay at home where I'd be

safe.Paul:

(Limply getting up) Yeah man, thanks, oh shit, god man, you saved my ass. (Coughs up a bit of blood and wipes a bloody nose.)

Dave:We should probably find your friends; they could be as fucked up as you.

Paul:(Standing up) Yeah, you're right, but wait a sec, I got to do something first.

Walking over to John, who is slowly getting up, Paul, grabs his shirt.Paul:

You ok man? (John slightly nods) Good. (And punches John in the face, hard, John falls unconscious.)

As Paul and Dave run to find the others, you notice that where Paul punched John on his face there is a bit of green, like mold.

[Ext] Forest again.

Ezekiel is walking around the forest looking around. He suddenly notices someone lying down on the ground. As he gets there, you notice that it is Ben and he is tied up and

gagged. Ezekiel grabs the ropes tying him and just grabs them and rips them off.

Ben:(Pulling off his gag) God damn! I got jumped by Alexis man! He just, I dunno, appeared

out of nowhere.Ezekiel:

Shit. Have you seen anyone else? We need to find everyone, these guys planned ahead too much.

Ben:Nah man, haven't found anyone, I say we just get out of here while we can.

Ezekiel:(Looks at Ben strangely) We can't do that man, come-on, lets find them.

As Ezekiel turns his back to walk away, the camera shifts to behind Ben's back where he is holding a knife. Slowly taking the knife form behind his back, he follows Ezekiel and

slashes him across the back, a cut appears. Ezekiel turns around. Ben transforms into Alexis.

Ezekiel:Oh shit.

They start fighting.

[Ext] Forest

The screen is completely black. Suddenly it becomes blurry and it blinks a few times, as if seeing through eyes. There is a bit of coughing. You see Cypher staring right at the

camera.

Cypher:How nice of you to join us Ben, as you can see, Atlanta is already here (moves aside and

you see Atlanta also tied up to a tree.)Ben:

What the fuck do you want you bastard?Cypher:

(Shrugs) what do I want? That is not the question my friend. The question is what do you want?Ben:

I want to beat your fucking head in bitch.Cypher:

Now Ben, watch what you say. You never know if it will come back and hit you in the ass.

(The camera switches to the fight between Alexis and Kent, both are wounded and no one appears to have the upper hand. Keep this for about 30 seconds.)

Cypher:I did not ask you what you wanted to do right now Ben, for surely you would want to be untied, but what do you want in life? Surely you do not believe that you can get whatever that is if you are a mutant, the people hate you; you could never get a job. When you first

saw me, I was serious, we can give you a hope Ben, we can help you and all of our brother mutants become accepted in this world that hates us so.

(The camera switches back to the Alexis vs. Ben fight for about 30 seconds.)

Cypher:We offer sanctuary Ben, we offer peace, we offer a place to stay until mankind accepts as

who we are. We offer peace Ben, not war, we offer brotherhood.(The camera switches back to the fight between Alexis and Ezekiel. Alexis seems to have the upper hand and Ezekiel is slowing. Suddenly, Alexis stabs at Ezekiel with the knife. Ezekiel catches his hand and hits him on the elbow, causing his forearm to come back at him, knife pointed at his head. The knife hits him in the neck and he falls to the ground,

dead.)

Cypher:So what say you Ben, shall you come with us for peace? Or shall you try to survive in a

world that hates you.Ben:

Why do you think mutants are so great?Cypher:

Because we have evolved beyond our human predecessors. We can do things that they can only dream of.

Ben:Like using telekinetic powers to pick up large rocks that could easily knock someone

unconscious?Cypher:

What? (Turns around and sees a few rocks flying towards him.) Oh. Neat trick. (Gets hit in the head and stomach and falls down backwards, he then gets up, not a scratch on

him.) Of course it will take more than that to hurt me.Ben:

Ohhhhh, shit.

Cypher grabs Ben by the neck and suddenly, Ben spasms. He screams.(Ezekiel kneeling next to Alexis' dead body hears the scream, says Ben, and then grabs

the knife out of Alexis' neck and runs to where he heard the screaming.)Cypher lets go of Ben's neck and Ben falls limp. He picks up Ben's chin and looks him in

the eye.

Cypher:Even if you won't come we still will profit from you.

From behind Atlanta's tree comes Ezekiel cutting Atlanta's ropes.

Ezekiel:(Whispering to Atlanta) Stay completely still. (Yells to Cypher) He bastard! Catch!

Ezekiel throws the knife but Cypher just stands there. An inch from his face and is held completely still. Ezekiel gapes.

Cypher:I always liked psychics, so helpful they are. (The knife turns around so the handle is at

Cyphers face, he grabs the handle) But still, you have to give Pyro's some credit.

Suddenly Cypher's hand bursts into flame, and he throws the dagger, the handle stays lit, and it drives into the side of Ezekiel’s chest so he is stuck against a tree, but still alive.

Walking towards him, Ezekiel struggling against the knife.

Cypher:Ah, the famed Ezekiel, Kent talked so much about you, to bad that when he does it now it

will be post mortem.

Cypher grabs Ezekiel’s chin and starts absorbing Ezekiel’s powers, after he has finished, he grabs the knife and drags it through his body into Ezekiel’s heart. Atlanta suddenly

bursts away from the tree she was tied to.

Atlanta:You Bastard! (Tries to punch at Cypher, but is slapped aside into a tree.)

Walking over to Atlanta, Cypher grabs her by the neck and lifts her off the ground (Darth Vader like) as he absorbs her powers; he gets hit by a big stick and drops her. Turning

around he sees Dave holding a large stick, and standing next to him are Paul and Michael.

Dave: You people seem to have a habit of hurting ladies, (tries to hit Cypher again, but Cypher catches the stick and throws it aside.)

Cypher:Stay out of this human; this is not your fight (hits Dave aside.)

Michael:Oh shit... (

Michael starts running away but Cypher gets ahead of him, and Michael stops tracks, Cypher grabs his face, absorbs the powers and throws him aside, and standing about 20 feet away from him stands Paul, shaking. As Cypher starts walking towards Paul, Paul

backs away slowly. Suddenly Paul trips over something and Cypher jumps up and lands over Paul.

Cypher:See what has become of your friends, though they are not dead, they are weakened, and will be until I decide to kill them, which shall be very soon (looks at the others). Do not

let your friends fate be yours Paul, you must see the light.

Paul, sitting their in shock brings his hand up in front of his face and gives Cypher the finger.

Cypher:Well don't say I didn't warn you.

Cypher grabs Paul's face and starts coughing, the longer he holds on the worse his coughs get, and suddenly he holds up his hands which are blistering up. He grabs at his face

(which you can not see.)

Cypher:(Yelling in anger and in pain) What have you done to me? WHAT HAVE YOU DONE

TO ME!

Suddenly he goes into spasms and you see his face, it is completely disfigured and unrecognizable. As his spasms stop, blood is coming out of his mouth and he isn't

moving. Getting up shaking, Paul looks down at him, and kicks him, he doesn't move. He

starts to smile but looks at his friends, all of them weak and in pain. He starts walking around helping everyone up. Behind a tree hides Kent, he runs away from the scene and

hides, he is crying to himself and hugging his legs.

Kent:Why? Why did they do this to me? My friends, my friends... they could never forgive me. Everyone who didn't die who was with Cypher will kill me for not doing anything. Why? Why, why why? And it’s all becuase... (He stops crying and turns his head to the side and smiles insanely) because of humans. They don't accept us, we fight (starts laughing) we don't fight they attack us. (Laughs loudly) It's all humans fault (still laughing, camera

zooms out) It's all their fault! (He bursts into maniacal laughter!)
