Please allow this letter to serve as Hams Bank's approval to accept a minimum of $1,000.00 based on the sales contract forthe above mentioned property. Itis our understanding that the sale will be completed byAugust 3.2009 and therefore thisapproval expires on August 4, 2009 .

Certified funds remitted to us will be required. Upon receipt of a minimum of'S1,000.00, Harris Bank will prepare a ReleaseDeed and forward it to the proper party.
