Dear HUBZone Client:   I am pleased to inform you that your firm has passed the U.S. Small Business Administration’s recent HUBZone Program Examination. Based on our analysis of the information that you provided, we have concluded that your firm was in compliance with HUBZone Program requirements during the time of investigation of November 2017. Specifically, we found that your firm met the following criteria:   

1. That it be at least 51% unconditionally and directly owned and controlled by persons who are United States citizens. 

2. That its ‘principal office,’ as defined at 13 C.F.R. § 126.103, be located in a qualified HUBZone area.  

3. That at least 35% of its employees reside in a HUBZone area.    At this time, there is no further action necessary on your part for Program Examination. Please do not confuse this examination with Recertification. If your firm receives or has received an email prompting your firm to recertify, please complete that process as it is different and separate from Program Examination. If you have any questions, please direct them to me.   Thank you for your response to the Program Examination process, and your continuing interest of the HUBZone Program.
