Home Access Center Easy-to-Access Information • Daily Summary. Includes today’s attendance, today’s schedule, any discipline incidents that the student was involved in, and any classwork due this week. Parents can easily view teacher comments about student performance or classroom activities and assignments. • Attendance at a Glance. Monthly and yearly summaries of student attendance provide the opportunity to spot patterns and trends. On the easy-to-read, color-coded calendar, parents can click on any marked days and view the reason for lateness or absence. • View Assignments Anytime, Anywhere. Parents can see assignments, quizzes, and/or tests for their student. Unique Student Data • Scheduling for Success. Home Access Center shows a student’s current class schedule, dropped classes, and teacher’s notes. • Demographics and Verification. Home Access Center enables verification of district records of general student information, emergency contacts, and specific student calendars. • Discipline Records. By selecting an incident link, a parent can find out more details to see the student’s role in the incident, the location of the incident, what happened, and actions that were taken. The Calendar tab shows an overview of dates for assignments, events, activities, and more. The Week View tab shows weekly details pertaining to a student schedule, classes, grades, and unique comments. From assignments and grades to scheduling and communication, staying up-to-date and in touch with students and parents is essential to student achievement. Home Access Center provides parents and guardians with helpful information to support and guide their children through the educational process. Parents can access a convenient web portal to view their student’s attendance, assignments, discipline records, and more information available anywhere and at any time.
