God knows our hearts and understands our struggles in a way that even we don’t understand ourselves, much less anyone else. There is nothing to be gained by trying to measure our “goodness” nor in comparing it to others. Our focus should be on how well we are trying to follow Jesus and leave the rest in the hands of our merciful God. Your ways, O Lord, make known to me; teach me your paths. ~Psalm 25:4 Church is not a place you go to; it is a family that you belong to. Wildfire Relief Fund & Appeal

The Archdiocese of Portland has established a Wildfire Relief Fund to help parishes and people impacted by the devastating wildfires in western Oregon. Collected funds will be distributed to parishes in need, especially those directly assisting people who have lost homes, been displaced and otherwise impacted by the fires.

All parishes are asked to participate in this Appeal to support the parishes and communities impacted by the wildfires. Little Books The wait is over! The wonderful Little Book devotionals will start again for Advent. This year, due to limited social contact, please pre-order by either dropping off your $5 check (made out to Catholic Daughters) or cash in an envelope labeled “Little Books order” to the parish office during regular business hours. Please include your name and phone number. You will receive 3 booklets during the year, one each for Advent, Lent and the Easter season. You will be notified when they are ready for pickup.
