Our holiday apartments (Schäfergasse 5) are in a central yet peaceful location. Comfortably furnished, they offermarvellous unobstructed views.All apartments feature a shower (Apartment D with bath), toilet, hairdryer, television (cable TV), radio, telephone,internet WIFI (free), vacuum cleaner and safe. Each kitchenincludes a twin electric hotplate, fridge, dishwasher,microwave, coffee-maker, kettle, cutlery and plates, cups etc. All bed linen as well as bath, hand and tea towels areprovided.Cots available upon request, free of extra charge.Kids playground, sunny terrace with loungers and parasols. Price includes all extras such as laundry, weekly clean, end clean, garage parking etc. Local taxes of € 3.00 per adult/day are not included.

Fresh bread and pastries can be delivered to your doorstep daily (Monday to Saturday) upon requestPets only permitted in apartments A + B.Dogs will be charged at € 12 / day. Apartments should ideally be rented for one week or more although rental by the day is also possible. We offer a 5% re-duction for a stay of 2 weeks and 10% reduction for a stay of 3 weeks. A one-night stay will be charged at 10% extra and a 2-night stay at 5% extra.

In the direct vicinity: gondola lift, lifts, restaurants, shops, doctor’s practice, post office, church, ski school, sports equipment hire, riding hall etc.

• Each apartment has a parking space in the underground garage, parking available for extra cars!• Convenient ski storage with heated ski shoe dryer.

Check-in if possible, between 3.00 pm and 8.00 pm (or upon agreement). Please go to BROSER B&B (next to the church). Check-out by 10.00 am.

Payment: one day before departure in cash or by EC card.

Terms of cancellation: up to 2 months before start of holiday – no charge. From 2 months to 1 month before start of holiday – we charge 3 days; from 1 month before start of holiday – 90% of the booked stay. If you arrive later / depart earlier than planned, you will be charged the full amount. We recommend guests take out a travel cancellation insurance with their insurance company.
