This substantial family home was constructed for the current owners by Glencoe homes

in 2000/1. The property was a bespoke building project in the former grounds of

Rotherby nurseries, which comprised a conversion of a range of period buildings and

barns and the construction of two brand new homes. Hoby View was therefore a

project to design and build a property to an exacting specification, which has subsequently

been upgraded and remodelled. Design features include a superb living/dining kitchen, a
