Ultra High Molecular Weight Polyethylene (UHMWPE) fiber is a new high performance fiber (after carbon fiber and aramid fiber)with the best mechanical properties in the world nowadays. It has many outstanding performance such as high tenacity, high modulus, low specific gravity, low elongation, ultraviolet radiation resistance, chemical corrosion resistance, abrasion resistance, cut resistance, high specific energy absorption etc.

Bulletproof UD

Sheet UHMWPE reinforced bulletproof composite. The fabric is consisted of two plies of unidirectional fiber which cross-plied by 90 degrees each other with special aqueous dispersion adhesive and certain technology. The outward appearance is white textile fiber thin slice.

Application: Curved chest insert plates, ceramic composite plates, bulletproof helmets, hand shields, light rigid armor for vehicles ship and airplane, building armor etc.
