TIG WELDED ALLOY FRAMEUnlike most alloy frames, the Tungsten range of caravans have employed a Tungsten Inert Gas welding system into the manufacture of all of our alloy framed caravans. The benefit to you, the caravanner, is an extremely tough and durable frame that resists the cracking of weld joins that is common in other alloy welding processes. In actual fact, the majority of alloy framed vans are joined with rivets which have a higher tendency to fail under stress. The Tungsten range of caravans are built with endurance and reliability in mind and are leading the field in technological advancement within the industry.

The Tungsten Tuff range is our Semi-Off Road entry and includes our TIG Welded Alloy Frame, Fibreglass Inner Walls, Fibreglass One Piece Roof and One Piece Fibreglass Floor. Couple this together with a Full Box RHS Steel Chassis and this is as tough as you will find on a semi-off road platform. Available in both touring and family floorplans this range is sure to please the most discerning traveller.

The X-Terrain also features 4.2 tonne Twin Shock Coil Spring Independent Suspension that will take you wherever you want to go.

The X-Terrain is now fitted with fibreglass inner wall and ceiling linings in lieu of normal timber ply and combined with a fully TIG WELDED ALLOY FRAME makes this van extremely durable…. NO MORE ROT!!!
