FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS Q: How far in advance do I need to book my wedding?

A: We typically ask for two months in advance notice but we do always make exceptions.

We will need at least 24 hours in advance notice to book any last minute weddings.

Q: What is your deposit policy?

A: We do not take deposits. In order to secure a date, we do need payment in full at the time of booking.

Q: What is your cancellation policy?

A: We do have a strict no-refund policy, we can change the date or time of your wedding if need be.

There will be a change policy of 10% applied to your package for this.

Q: Can I book the base package and then add on items as the date gets closer?

A: Absolutely! We do need advanced notice on some items like food and beverage,

please give us at least one week notice to any add-ons.

Q: Can guests take their own photographs?

A: Yes! We encourage you and your guests to take as many photos and videos as you like.

Q: Do you allow outside vendors such as photographers, videographers, etc.?

A: Yes, we do charge an outside vender fee of $200 per item such as an outside photographer.

Q: Are children allowed in the cabins?

A: We do allow children of all ages allowed in our cabins. For the bar cabins, we do allow

children as long as the cabin is private, which all wedding cabins are private.

Q: Do the cabins have air conditioning?

A: Yes, all of our cabins are temperature controlled.

HOW TO OBTAIN A MARRIAGE LICENSE IN LAS VEGAS, NV201 E Clark Ave 8:00am – Midnight 7 days a week, 365 days per year

STEP 1:APPLY FOR A MARRIAGE LICENSE (License to get married)• Go to: MLIC.Vegas• Both parties must complete their own information• Your names must exactly match the government issued photo ID’s that you bring to the

Marriage License Bureau• Check Spelling!! These are the names that will appear on your marriage certificate• Save your confirmation number and bring to Marriage License Bureau

STEP 2:PICK UP YOUR MARRIAGE LICENSE • Go to Clark County Marriage License Bureau (together)• No appointment is necessary• It typically takes less than one hour• Show Clerk your confirmation number• Present your government issued photo ID’s with proof of ages• Verify! Verify your correct names and address

STEP 3:SAY, “I DO!” • Select a wedding chapel or wedding planner• Bring ALL of your paperwork with you to the ceremony• Express your true love and cry just a little• The Wedding Officiant will file your marriage certificate within ten days. If you need your

copy earlier, discuss with your Officiant

STEP 4:SHOW THE WORLD YOU ARE MARRIED (Proof of Marriage) • Marriage certificates may be ordered online at MLIC.Vegas or picked up in person• If your country requires, you may order your Apostille from the state of Nevada at:

www.nvsos.gov
