It guarantees continuous, round-the-clock monitoring of medical parameters directly at home. The occasional measurement of these parameters does not always give a clear and reliable picture of the patient’s condition. hospital at home allows constant measurement, thus providing unequivocal data on the evolution of the medical condition.
