The dangers of social networkslike Facebook and Twitter are forteenagers because they are the firstto have adopted these social networks.Half of them connect every day . Onsocial networks messages canspread virally. Many have learnedthe hard way. If the fault is virtual theconsequences are real. Theteenagers are the most numerous andthe most active on these sites. It is forthis reason that they are the firstvictims of moral harassment,insults, or obscene pictures. Apple andcinnamon porridge

Ingredients :

Mix the oatmeal and milk in a smallsaucepan with the cinnamon and cook onlow heat for 8 to 10 minutes. Cut the fireand cover.
