PROGRAM GUIDE

Hello Taco Bell General Managers!

It’s time for the 2016 Taco Bell Olympics! The Taco Bell Olympics is a knowledge and skill competition that takes place among all Tacala restaurants, culminating at the North Star Leadership Conference!

The Taco Bell Olympics has FIVE stages. Everyone is in the hunt in Stages I, II and III, which include Knowledge Tests, Power Index and CORE. At the end of Stage III, Olympic points will be accumulated for each store and the top four teams in each Area will move on to Stage IV - the Knowledge Bowl. The Knowledge Bowl is a head-to-head battle to see which restaurants have the best Taco Bell knowledge. The top two scoring teams from each Area in Stage IV will then advance to Stage V – the final competition. The final competition will include the best 74 teams battling it out inside of a Taco Bell restaurant for Olympic glory and the chance to be a part of the Elite Six – the TOP six restaurants in the Tacala company!

Three Team Members from each of the Elite Six restaurants will attend the Conference for an Olympic ceremony that will honor them and crown the Gold, Silver and Bronze teams. Will your restaurant make it to the Elite Six? Will your team take home the Gold, Silver or Bronze? Will you be the RGM that takes the Gold prize of a seat on the 2017 North Star Top Performers trip to Hawaii? Every single restaurant has the same chances to be a part of Olympic history.

The Taco Bell Olympics is an opportunity for you and your team to have fun competing against your fellow restaurants while focusing on running a great Taco Bell.

Good luck, have fun, and Let the Games Begin!
