As we are now fully into thedigital age and information is a key to success, we can provide wireless services via PClink from any location. We have the capability to provide Heat Treatment reports andcharts in digital formats. We can also provide paper charts for clients who still preferthat conventional type of reporting..

Wireless TechnologiesFor decades Heat Treating methods remained static, but today’s technology is on thescene thanks in part to IRISNDT. Our new efficient technologies are more accurate, easilyprogrammable, better monitored and more cost effective than ever before.

With our wireless Heat Treatment consoles, IRISNDT personnel can run multiplemachines at one time from a safe location within or outside the operating facility. Ourwireless system allows us to not only monitor the Heat Treatment process safely, but willbe able to provide our clients with electronic PDF charts. These PDF charts can then beloaded onto a CD or stick drive for our client’s records. We have the ability to separatethe work via folders per work order, unit or plant worked, etc for easy traceability.
