Good nutrition: food with lots of nutritients such as proteins, carbs, fibers, minerals, vitamins and drinking enough water during the day. Proteins are found in: meat, milk products and beans. Carbs are found in products made of flower, rice, potatoFibers, minerals and vitamins are found in vegetable and fruit. If you are training you should know that nutrition is about 70% of success, so be smart and help yourself by eating healthy. healthy you need to know about nutrition.

Bad nutrition: high caloric food with lack of

nutrients, juices.

Good nutrition: food with lots of nutritients such as
