Healthy TipsDon’t skip breakfast. Studies show that eating a proper breakfast is one of the most positive things you can do if you are trying to lose weight. Breakfast skippers tend to gain weight. A balanced breakfast includes fresh fruit or fruit juice, a high-fibre breakfast cereal, low-fat milk or yoghurt, wholewheat toast, and a boiled egg.

Brush up on hygiene. Many people don't know how to brush their teeth properly. Improper brushing can cause as much damage to the teeth and gums as not brushing at all.

Stress Free Environment.  Avoid unnecessary stress.

Load up on vitamin C. We need at least 90 mg of vitamin C per day and the best way to get this is by eating at least five servings of fresh fruit and vegetables every day. So hit the oranges and guavas!

Pure water. One should take atleast 6-7 glasses of water daily. Stay properly hydrated by drinking enough water.

Exercise/ Yoga. Physically active people feel less anxious and depressed. Exercise  enhances or maintains physical fitness and overall health and wellness.

Shave your underarms and legs if you desire, but do so with care.

Clean your vaginal area twice a day

Vaginal itch is curable and does not need intensive treatment. The doctor will prescribe antibiotics and antifungal creams that will take care of the skin problem.

Always use sanitary napkin which are easily available in the market and dispose of in a proper manner.

Sewage and chemical wastes should not be released into the water bodies to avoid water-borne diseases.

Prevent the spreading of diseases due to the breeding of mosquitoes, house flies and micro organisms.

Garbage should be kept in covered bins so that flies do not breed on them.

Do not allow water to stagnate outside your house and in your neighborhood. All drains should also be covered.

There should be proper sewer lines connected to sewage treatment plants.
