Mash nAla1 Limited operates a speciality paint coating and zinc pigment manufacturing installation in the Quarterfown Industrial Estate, Mallow, County Cork.

I Annual solvent usage is expected to reach 829 tonnes per annum, which brings the activity into Class 12.2.2 of t$e EPA Acts and within the scope of Chapter V of the Industrial Emissions Directive (20 10/75/EU).

There is one main point source emission to atmosphere associated with the production of the paint coating line! Volatile organic compound (VOC) emissions arise from the starting point of the operation where the initial solvent and raw materials are weighed and added to the vessel. There is no process effluent emission to surface water or to sewer.
