HT-974 Series header transports feature an economical, low-profile design with front steering for quick and easy towing. Now also available in Heavy-Duty 16’ and 20’ transports for folding corn and forage harvester heads.
STANDARD TRANSPORT25’, 30’, and 36’ Transports
Designed for combines that have limited header travel, the standard duty low-profile header transports come in 25’, 30’, or 36’ long upper bar options. These strong, versatile transports have a 7,500–9,565 lbs net carrying capacity.
HEAVY-DUTY SERIES FOR FOLDING HEADS16’ and 20’ Transports
HT-974-16 and HT-974-20 transports are made for folding corn and forage harvester heads. The compact size and heavy duty construction features a thick wall upper bar and trussed lower bar to accomodate the extra weight of folding heads. The Heavy-Duty Series is available in both the 16’ and 20’ sizes. The low overall height allows the header to be placed on the tranport with ease.

4-WHEEL STEER HEADER TRANSPORTS4-Wheel Steer Series transports are built low for more clearance while loading and unloading your head. Heavy duty components allow for a 13,000 lbs net carrying capacity. Choose from 32, 38, 42, or 48 foot long upper bar options to suit your farming needs. The 4-Wheel Steer Series header transports are the perfect choice when you need to turn sharper, while still carrying large, heavy heads to and from the field.

An arched lower beam with trussed understructure provides maximum support for large, heavy heads.
Additional Center Support
A support in the center of the transport improves alignment of front and rear axles and strengthens the upper bar for greater load capacity.

Optional Aluminum Wheel for 4-Wheel Steer Transports
Designed forJOHN DEERE HD AND RD DRAPER HEADSSpecifically designed for the John Deere HD and RD draper heads, the 4WS16-HD & 4WS17-HD header transports use a larger 6”x10” upper bar and more saddles to support the multiple header sections. The hinged tongue prevents the header transport tongue from damaging the gauge wheel on the header and allows the operator to transport the header without removing the gauge wheel.

TRAIL-BLAZER SERIESBuilt To Handle Your Toughest Demands With Ease
Trail-Blazer Models TB-6000 and TB-8000 Series HeaderTransports are built with a stronger arched mainframe to carry the heaviest heads quickly and easily. Heavier 4” x 8” thick wall steel tubing is used on both the frame and the upper bar to carry larger and heavier heads with less stress. The front swivel ball axle provides excellent tracking and maneuverability. The rear tandem torsion-flex axles with highway speed rated tires absorb the worst field and road conditions and reduce stress on both the head and header transport.
Models TB-6000A and TB-8000A feature a telescoping light bar with rear red and amber flashing lights, SMV emblem, standard front clevis or optional 2 ⁵/16” ball hitch, two rear torsion axles with optional electric brakes and optional break-away safety brakes.
Models TB-6000H and TB-8000H feature rear red brake lights and center light bar, 4-wheel electric wheel brakes, break-away safety brakes, 2 ⁵/16” ball hitch and an owner’s title for licensing.

Hauling your heavy and expensive combine head has never been smoother with the optional Torsion-Flex Front Axle by J&M.
Available on all J&M Trailblazer TB-6000 and TB-8000 Series header transports, thesuspension axle provides maximum strength and stability while offering thesmoothest ride over the roughest terrain.
The Torsion-Flex Front Axle option is available with or without electricdrum brakes to fit your hauling needs.
