Summer 2018 – Extra-Curricular Club information
Dear Parents/Carers Clubs will start week beginning Monday 29th April and finish the week ending Friday 12th July (10 weeks).
Please find overleaf the clubs for the Summer Term. In order to sign up for a place in a School Club please complete the School Form below and return to the school office with payment as soon as possible. The clubs are based on a first come first served basis and we will only contact you if your child has not received a place in their preferred club run by a member of staff. By signing this form you are giving your child permission to take part in their chosen clubs. Please be aware that clubs run by staff members are applicable to change and please ensure your children are collected on time. It is expected that children attend all sessions of the club they sign up to and that every effort is made to attend associated events.
All externally run clubs have their own leaflet that gives all necessary information; including how to sign up. Forms and money for externally run clubs can be handed in to the school office in a named envelope but any queries must be taken by the outside provider. All club providers have a valid DBS certificate. Please return your club requests by April 26th. If you have any questions please contact us.
