Do you work in the HR environment and have a sales background and want a exciting change in career? PSD Group are currently partnering with a leading, market changing, global Services business, based in central London. They are looking to hire a new Head of Business Development to lead established teams in the UK and the U.S. The position will ideal suit a candidate who is used to operating in a business to business, service lead, account management role and will ideally suit a commercial Recruiter from Consultancy or an RPO environment. We would also be interested in hearing from candidates with a mix of leadership and accounts management experience from other specialism’s. The role Ensure financial target are achieved, with specific responsibility for maximising existing client relationships Develop and drive the organisations people plans across different teams Work closely with all supporting functions to help coach and develop all direct reports. You will develop individual training plans which will be embedded into the teams personal and collective goals Build sound knowledge of the businesses key supporting areas ensuring key messages are communicated effectively to all stakeholders Plan and organise the team to maximise customer focus Implement change programs while influencing and challenging the business to maximise out put The person Strong experience of senior sales management in a business to business corporate environment Sector experience is not important but a track record of working in fast paced, commercial business is essential.
