We're so glad you're here! To help make your stay smooth and enjoyable, please read the important information below.

We take the safety and comfort of our guests very seriously, so it is essential

that we ask all of our guests to respect and follow the below requests.

• We welcome guests to enjoy swimming in our five pools and natural Saltwater Lagoon. However, due to tidal changes in currents and boat traffic, it is not permitted to jump from docks or swim and fish in the boat channel behind the Saltwater Lagoon or Marina.

• 1he majority of our property is a non- smoking facility however there are several designated smoking areas.

• It is required that all guests wear a shirt or cover-up and shoes in the Resort Lobby and all dining areas.

• All pool towels must be returned to a pool attendant upon exiting the pool area. All guests must present their room card to check out towels - this is our way of identifying our valued resort guests.

• Only food and beverage served by Hawks Cay Resort is permitted in the swimming pool and Lagoon areas.

• Personal coolers are not permitted in the Lagoon or swimming pool areas.

• Hawks Cay Resort amenities are reserved exclusively for the use ofregistered resort guests and members. Please have your resort ID readily avaihble at all times.

• Children under 12 years of age must be accompanied by an adult when riding the Island Tram, or enjoying activities at Coral Cay.

All Hawks Cay Resort accommodations are subject to daily resort fee. 1his is

in addition to any published room or vilhs rates. Included in the resort fee are:

• Unlimited use of the Putting Course, Sports Field, Hard and Chy Court Tennis Facility.

• Self and valet parking.

• Resort-wide Ishnd Tram. Visit the Front Desk for the current Island Tram hours of operation.

• Unlimited access to Coral Cay Activities and Adventures and the Calm Waters Spa Fitness Center.

• Unlimited wireless internet access.

• Local and toll-free phone calls.

• Additional seasonal inclusions.

• Gratuities for restaurants, bars and Calm Waters Spa associates are not included in your daily resort fee.
