OutsideApproached down the private road there is parking available on the drive which gives access to the double garage.

The side garden has a green house and vegetable patch.

Southam boasts a wide-range of independent shops, including hairdressers, post office, florists, tea rooms, restaurants, pubs, takeaways, convenience stores, newsagents, ironmongers and a Tesco supermarket.

There are also two doctors’ surgeries, dental practices, and a leisure centre with a 25-metre pool and well-equipped gym. The town centre has recently been redesigned, with a new library, parking, police station and café. In addition, there are at least three pre-school nurseries, three primary schools and the local secondary school, Southam College, which was recently named one of the top 100 state schools in the UK. Nearby private schools include Princethorpe College, Warwick School and Rugby School.

Commuter links from Southam are excellent — you can catch regular trains from Rugby or Banbury to be in London in less than an hour and Birmingham in less than 45 minutes. Junction 12 of the M40 is just ten minutes away, and the historic towns of Leamington Spa, Warwick, and Stratford upon Avon are nearby.
