Reminder• Self-assessment for PPR1

• Complete and hand/send to mentor• Discuss with mentor prior to them

completing PPR1• NB Your mentor should complete a

summary section, as should your PCM (if you have one)

• YOU are asked to comment on the PPR before it is submitted
