the labour market • Additional way to sell our self-made organic products• Inviting people to our farm = way towards social
inclusion

Topic phase 1 = guest housing:• preparing snacks • decorating the tables• laying the tables• taking orders• serving meals and drinks • attending the guests• calculating the invoices• cashing• finishing works

3 units: • Preparations (6 chapters)• Serving the guests (4 chapters)• Finishing (6 chapters)

• Dealing with customers / foreign people
• Interior design
• Personal hygiene
• Setting the table
• Arranging the meals
• Handling the kitchen machines and tools
The training programmeU2: serving the guests• Welcome• Serving• Ongoing services• cashing
U3: finishing• Polishing off• Sorting and correct washing of the laundry• Pouring• Kitchen• Cleaning the room• Preparations for the next day

• 1 cook / waitress• 1 pastry cook • 1 teacher• 1 pedagogue
The pilot
Date: 22.09., 25.09., 27.09., 02.10., 04.10.Early date because of the weather (we want to serve ourguests outside in the yard) only some chapters of the whole training programme for
the actual training phase before the pilot run were selected
5 participants from Labuch are actually trained
For less stress Chance B colleagues / groups are invited;additionally we will invite Mrs. Gruber as an externalexpert
