Faculties are part of various committees like Grievance Redressal Committee, SC/ST

Committee, Anti-ragging Committee, Purchase Committee, Stores Committee, Building

Committee, etc.

Students are part of the Innovation Council of Haldia Institute of Pharmacy.

• Mechanism / Norms and Procedure for democratic / good Governance:

The management has frequent meetings (personal) with each teaching and non-teaching staff

of the college. In these meetings staffs are encouraged to bring forth issues related to

employment, promotion, leave facilities, governance, and ways to improve the overall ethos

and workings of the college.

• Student Feedback on Institutional Governance / Faculty performance:

Students give their feedback about infrastructure, cafeteria, faculty, library, sports facility on
